Kramer And Niggers

The notorious tirade of "Kramer" from Seinfeld going postal on stage and
calling a heckler a nigger, is a lesson in social studies.
YouTube has the low quality footage from a cellphone showing Kramer calling
a guy "nigger" several times.
It's funny...
Not so the video, but the reaction to it.
Several things comes to mind.
Kramer calls the black heckler "motherfucker" as well as "nigger."
While there is a great, probably career-ending, rumpus about Kramer calling
a black man "nigger," everyone seems fine with him calling the black man
"motherfucker."
That is, mentioning the fact that he has sex with his mother, when he
probably does not, is not as offensive as "nigger."
"Nigger" is one of those terms like, "terrorist" and "anti-Semite" that has
been supercharged by political correctness and it ranks almost with physical
injury, or worse.
The response of the black man is also curious. He keeps repeating "That
was uncalled for!"
Well, first, if you heckle you are dishing it out, you must also be willing
to take it. No excuses there.
Secondly, while the black man seems OK, with "motherfucker," he is not OK
with "nigger."
What he is saying is "I was using conventional weapons and you went
nuclear."
The black man also counters with "white boy." Not only too late, but also
inaptly, because for the same crowd for whom "nigger" must be referred to as
the n-word, "white boy" is in fact a compliment. It means you are NOT a
nigger.
It's madness.
I like Lenny Bruce's approach. We should use "nigger" and "kike" and other
words termed as "slurs," often, until they no longer sound like slurs. When
a man is black he is black, no matter the word you use. Slavery is over,
we have black people in the highest places, God knows we have kikes there
too. So the inferiority of niggers and kikes as a group is imaginary, and
NO WORD can make it real.
Instead we are creating more and more taboos in a society that is just
getting out of the Ages of Taboos created by religion. We need fewer
taboos, not more.
Now, "motherfucker" should be taboo, because the world is full of women and
there should be no need to fuck one's mother. Unless she asks for it, as
it happened to that motherfucker UK-nigger called Michelin, but those are
rare cases.

The black man in question was among a group of black men and women who
arrived late to the show, and were ordering drinks and food when "Kramer"
got pissed because he said they were interupting his show. Instead of
pointing this out to them in a polite manner, and perhaps being
light-hearted about it, he went off on his tirade. I can think of half a
dozen ways he could have avoided this mess. I think what he did was
completely inappropriate and unacceptable behavior.
