I almost regret that, along with most of the group, I put these two ignorant
bum chums in my killfile long ago - seems I've been missing a good few
laughs myself.

It remains a simple truth that, although we have never actually met,
'Highlander' and I have many mutual acquaintances in Easter Ross.

Yes it's pure Jackanory stuff - but take him and AWS for what they
are, romantic idiots with little or no education. In fact a good many
of the other Yanks on this NG are too.
One of them is a gardener and the other an ex-news hound from the Sun
or some such. One thing he is good at though are insults to others.AWS
is not a Yank of course but an Ozzie for now. He has to move about a
lot from country to country - there is a world shortage of gardeners.

Mostly - but also a few of the landed gentry and farmers.
It's such a tight-knit community around Evanton and Alness that it would be
remarkable if we *didn't* have mutual acquaintances.

Ach, he's just another wannabe hiding behind the safety of his
monitor, half a world away.
The reality is that any friend of Heid thi Baa has to be a snivelling
idiot.
I would guess that Sandy MacTwat hasn't yet seen Adam's picture in the
SCS Gallery. If you're picking a fight, it shouldn't be with someone
who's clearly as tough as nails.

AWS must really think we sit up at night trying to figure out his
nick? What a loser!
Does anybody give half a shit? As Shakespear once said..A Wanker by
any other name is still a Wanker.
I don't expect he'll understand that though. I am surprised he hasn't
kill-filed Sandy yet - this is his usual only reply to those that
disagree with his crap.

I've suggested several times that the Highlander remove that picture of
himself squatting amang the heather in his too short kilt.
It draws the wrong sort into our group.

I'm not sure if its from Python. I got it from my "Little Book of Crap
Advice" published by Apple New York..

You can see how good it is. A distant relative tried it on an African
Buffalo and got marmalised for his efforts.
Still not all bad, it puts me 95300 places nearer a Highland title,
give or take...

One must take into account the general intelligence level of the herd one
wishes to infiltrate.
Further, imitating an elephant in a herd of Buffalo is not the wisest of
moves.
