FIVE PAKISTAN CRICKETERS OF THE YEAR

Following its 16 years old tradition "The Cricketer" (Pakistan) announced its
five cricketers for 1991-92 in its Annual issue (May 1992).

The five cricketers chosen for this year are:

        AAMER SOHAIL
        MOIN KHAN
        AAQIB JAVED
        SHAHID SAEED
        NAVEED ANJUM

Just as the Wisden choses its five cricketers of the year only on the basis
of their performacne during the "English" season on "English soil", the
Pakistan Cricketer choses its five cricketers of the year on the basis of
performances on Pakistani soil for the year concerned.  Also, like the Wisden
five, a player can only be selected once in a lifetime.

Amongst earlier winners of the award are:
