UN corruption, support for terrorists and questionable competency of Ms Arbour exposed again

Number of media reports have shown that UN officials are on drugs, they are
corrupt, and they support terrorists. Many in UN, AI and HRW regurgitate
LTTE propaganda material without carrying out basic research or even
attempting to understand what is going on. UN has failed to understand that
Sri Lanka is struggling for survival, fighting against a racist terrorist
group that is attempting to carve out a part of Sri Lanka for a mono ethnic
Racist Tamil state. UN has done very little to stop the destruction caused
by terrorists but has been hounding the victim Sri Lanka, that is fighting
the terror war almost single handed. Sri Lanka has been facing the violence
of the world's most violent armed group LTTE, that get funding from a global
network, with very little support from others and with no support at all
from UN. In fact UN has done absolutely sweet nothing, even though LTTE have
regularly set off bombs killing innocent civilians. The above comments would
also apply to numerous bogus HR organisations that carry out propaganda
against Sri Lanka, perhaps for the benefit of LTTE. LTTE now carry out their
terrorist attacks against innocent civilians in a regular manner exposing
their true nature. Previously they deceived gullible and naive people,
masquerading as a liberation movement. In reality LTTE is a racist terrorist
organisation attempting to create a racist empire. Those officials in UN and
HR organisations and the greedy politicians that allowed themselves to be
deceived by LTTE are incompetent and with questionable integrity and
morality. Those countries that allow funds to be raised for terrorism must
be held responsible and made to compensate the victims.

Although it is well known that funding for terrorism comes from Western
countries UN has done nothing practical to halt the funding for terrorism or
even attempt to get compensation to the victims of terrorism, from countries
that fund terrorism.

LTTE operations manual, refer to targeting of politicians and LTTE agents
have carried that out effectively. It appears that LTTE have targeted UN and
NGOs such as AI and HRW as well. LTTE have been able to influence UN and
other NGO's by using informal communication channels of LTTE fronts such as
the White pigeon. UN and HR organisations have failed to recognise that
Prabhakaran has a mindset similar to that of Hitler and that LTTE is one of
the deadliest terrorist organisations in the world with businesses and ships
owned by them, with a vast propaganda and fund raising network. It is
glaringly obvious that UN and HR org. officials do not spend any time at all
to analyse what is going on in Sri Lanka, but simply regurgitate LTTE
propaganda material, strategically placed at their disposal by LTTE agents.
Un failed to distinguish between the criminal LTTE and the victim Sri Lanka.
The situation is similar to a law enforcement officer unable to distinguish
between a criminal and a victim due to the lies uttered by the criminal. UN
failed to recognise that as long as LTTE exist, no one in Sri Lanka is safe.
UN has been issuing worthless reports that merely reflect LTTE propaganda
material. As the following shows UN is full of drug addicts, biased, corrupt
and incompetent officials (details are given with references). In such a
situation, it is difficult to have confidence in reports issued by UN. In
fact, past reports issued by Ms Arbour and others have been utterly
inaccurate and reflected LTTE propaganda material. UN has been harassing and
hounding Sri Lanka and has done nothing pragmatic against terrorism. The
main objective of the letter is to request the UN and HR organisations to
stand back and see through the smoke screen and disinformation put out by
LTTE and for UN to realise that they are not saints or above others, to
indicate that reports issued by UN are inaccurate and misleading.

UN has done very little to deal with major human problems faced by all
humans such as:

1. Population explosion

2. Global warming

3. Energy crisis

4. Food crisis

5. Lack of jobs, shelter and water.

6. Growing wealth gap between the rich and the poor.

Population explosion in the world need to be given top priority as it is the
cause of other problems in the world.

UN has spent its energy on being the mouth piece for the terrorist group
LTTE and has been critical of the victim Sri Lanka.

Due to the apathy of UN, and their inability to act against terrorism in Sri
Lanka, many suspect the stupidity and the incompetence of Ms Arbour to be
infinite. The serious errors by so called experts are given in the
references [11]..[20].

Drug addicts in UN

Media reports indicated that Ms Lisa Woods, who was a communication
consultant with UNICEF , was fined by the Sri Lankan courts for being in
possession of 80 mg of heroin. Ms. Woods, a United States national, had
arrived in Sri Lanka on March 5 2008, to work with UNICEF on a 4-month
assignment to assist in updating the UNICEF website and to write donor
reports. Ms. Wood was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit of a private
hospital in Colombo on March 12 after being found unconscious in her hotel.
She was placed under arrest by the police for the possession of heroin and
produced before the Colombo Magistrate on March 25. Many question the state
of the mind of UN officials and the validity of their reports on Sri Lanka
as many of their reports reflect LTTE propaganda material.

Supporting of terrorists by UN Officials
Another media news report

indicated that a senior United Nations official and another from the
European Union (EU) have left Afghanistan after the Afghanistan Government
ordered their expulsion, accusing them of holding talks with the terrorist
group Taliban and for paying cash to the terrorist group. Many in Sri Lanka
have indicated that UN officials and NGOs have supported terrorists.

Corruption practiced by UN staff

A recent (April 2008) BBC Panorama indicated the corrupt nature of UN
officials and that UN officials have provided arms to terrorists. The BBC

that UN troops 'armed DR Congo rebels.

Terrorists amongst UN staff

indicate that a Sri Lankan UN worker has been arrested in Sri Lanka for
carrying a weapon (micro pistol ). Micro pistols have been used by LTTE
during the undeclared war, during the CFA, to kill those that were a threat
to LTTE. It is fair to ask how many have been killed by micro pistols and
other weapons supplied by UN workers.

LTTE would go to any length to deceive people. It is evident even in the
micro pistol incident, when the micro pistol and its magazine was hidden in
the false bottom of one of UN employees shoes. Unfortunately gullible, naive
UN officials such as Ms Arbour, AI and HRW officials easily get deceived by
determined LTTE agents.

It is clear that UN has provided cover for assassins. It is also clear that
UN has failed to distinguish between a racist terror organisation that is
attempting to create a racist state and a democratically appointed
Government that is fighting for survival from globally funded terrorists.
Media reports indicate that World Tamil Movement based in Quebec, is a
foreign branch of the LTTE in Canada, [ref:

Tamil movement, based in Montreal is in charge of raising funds for the war
effort and spreading propaganda, according to documents seized by the RCMP.
LTTE has many such fronts all over the world. It is worrying that UN has
done very little to stop the funding, stop disinformation and stop arms
purchase by LTTE terrorists, but has been critical and has been hounding the
victim Sri Lanka.

The above reports indicate that some UN officials are corrupt and influenced
by drugs. When LTTE propaganda material appear in UN reports, it is
reasonable to question the accuracy and the validity of UN reports,
specially those that are produced by the Ms Arbour's section on Human
rights. UN has done almost next to nothing to stop the LTTE fund raising and
propaganda network scattered around the globe, spreading disinformation
against Sri Lanka and raising funds for a racist Tamil state. In the past Ms
Arbour has been critical of Sri Lanka, which is suffering immensely from the
terrorist activities of LTTE. She had done very little to curb the
activities of LTTE. Many question her competency and question if she should
continue to work for UN. This is specially the case as she ganged up against
Sri Lanka, with AI and HRW.

It has to be pointed out that LTTE carries out deception, planned in such a
manner that it is difficult to detect their deception. As an example, the
women suicide bomber, in the failed attempt to kill the army Commander,
masqueraded as a pregnant women and deceived many security officials. Press
reports indicate that LTTE had a grand deception plan to kill the President,
with a suicide bomber masquerading as a bride.

State intelligence has unearthed a subtle, astounding plan of the LTTE to
kill the President of Sri Lanka, using the bride as a suicide bomber while
the President signs as a witness. ref.

Recent investigations reveal that LTTE agents resort to various means of
deception, including having multiple identitites.

Another example of LTTE deception is where a Tamil policeman changed name
after marriage. This was discovered during an investigation into a terrorist
bombing.

Such is the nature of LTTE, that it is easy to be deceived by LTTE. Many
question if Ms Arbour has the cognitive skills to see through the smoke
screen put out by LTTE.

Many would like to know, why Dr Coomaraswamy, an ethnic Tamil, UN
Under-Secretary General for Children in Armed Conflict, sent Allan Rock a
suspected LTTE sympathiser, to report on Sri Lanka. As expected, his report
was not favourable to Sri Lanka. Did she plan for that outcome by sending
Allan Rock?

Terrorist sympathisers in UN

Why did Dr Coomaraswamy take action against Thomas Lubanga Dylio but has
done nothing against LTTE, when it is widely known that LTTE recruits child
soldiers. Many would like to know if she is an LTTE agent or a LTTE
sympathiser ? Why is the UN soft on LTTE, a terrorist group and harsh on Sri
Lanka. Is it because some one like Dr Coomaraswamy is pulling strings for
LTTE behind the scene? This is a serious matter that need further
investigation. Has the UN got a consistent, uniform policy towards
terrorists ?

Violence in Sri Lanka can easily be stopped if funding reaching LTTE is
stopped. However the UN is turning a blind eye to this method of ending the
terrorist war. Unfortunately, the Sri Lankans have to pay heavily for UN
incompetence and apathy with their blood. It has to be remembered that the
conflict Hitler, a racist, started ended only when Hitler was defeated
militarily. Prabhakaran's nature and his racist attitude is similar to that
of Hitler. Prabhakaran's war will end only when he is defeated militarily.

UN and law enforcement authorities should not ignore the terrorist
fundraising methods. The Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam and related Tamil
insurgents are engaged in organized criminal activities. These began in Sri
Lanka and have spread to Western Europe, North America and Australia -
wherever Tamil refugees have landed. With only two decades, this initially
obscure gang has emerged as one of the world's most feared terrorist
organizations. They have assassinated heads of state and set up a global
crime network to fund their war for control of northern and eastern Sri

Many wonder if some of the authors of those malicious reports on Sri Lanka
were under the influence of drugs when they wrote those reports. UN reports
are not worth the paper, the reports are written on. They are only useful
for neo colonialists, who plan to invade Sri Lanka. Many suspect UN reports
on Sri Lanka are similar to WMD reports invented by Tony Blair, as weapons
of mass deception

Incompetent UN officials

It is also sad that UN officials are unable to distinguish between a blood
thirsty, racist criminal gang that gets funding from bogus refugees all over
the world and a democratically elected Govt. that is fighting for survival
against the destruction caused by terrorists. Bogus refugee scam and funding
of terrorism are closely linked as shown in ref.[8].

UN has ignored the fact that the LTTE terrorist movement is accountable for
gross human rights violations, political assassinations, abductions, and the
forcible conscription of civilians especially the under aged and elderly to
their terrorist movement, but has been hounding Sri Lanka.

time in a court in Canada reveals that foreign politicians are central to
the group's propaganda battle. This explains how politicians such as Hon Vaz
and Hon Hughes have been targeted by LTTE.

Those that oppose action against terrorists are simply supporters of
terrorism
