You can achieve anything, ...really.

For reference advice with the good old battle-prooven
catalogue and procedures of the USSR.

Ofcourse consumption of alcohol in Finland is just
a lousy 10 litres and in Denmark 11 ..woohoo...yapie-di-yey!:)
