Of course they are, getting someone branded as terrorist have been
very easy the last seven years or so. And probably they deserve to be
called terrorist, however probably the Ceylonese government deserve it
to, but as the Ceylonese government are not Islamistic, an
aggressively anti-American left-wing regime or have oil on there
territory, the American government don't push for the country to be
included in the axis of evil.
Frankly the civil war and shameful atrocities against the civil
population on Ceylon have been going on for so long that it's not
mentioned at all in any important media outlet almost anywhere. The
