Danish "Politiken" Weekly in USA

Does anybody else on this group get the Danish weekly "Politiken" by
mail in the USA? My girlfriend has a subscription, but it is arriving
incredibly irregularly - she still doesn't know that Princess Di is
dead (if you see what I mean). The problem seems to be that that the
US distribution company is sending it out by second class mail, but when
she phoned Politiken in Dk they claimed that it _should_ be going out
first class and gave her a 1-800 number to call to complain directly
to the distributor, only that number turned out to be disconnected...

My guess is that the distributor is either ripping off Politiken or is
in the process of going bust but I'd be interested to hear if anyone
else has had a similar, or indeed different, experience.

there is also the BBS politiken line of which I am a moderator
