Abuse of ircII system

The channel #nepal in the ircII(internet relay chat system) has been
abused by couple of people. I got into it yesterday, and found people
talking vulgur. We are glad that such opportunity exists for all of the
Nepalese in US and abroad. It should be used for better things than
talking cheap sex.

I don't know the names of the people who were abusing the
channel. Since they all go by fake nicknames, it is hard to keep track.
I agree that it could be anyone, not only Nepalese. Usually,
the people logged in are either Nepalese or "foreigners" who are somehow
related to Nepal. Whoever it might it, I hope they use the system for
good reasons.
