Letter humbly send to the Mohawk nation.

o Mohikans, Mohawk nation,
I am proposing a new law for all nations, except for the nations who
are governed by the Great Peace already, although you could also adopt
these laws and I think one day not too far away your people may want
to join into that circle.
The Haudenosaunee can not stand unless the white man joins into a
circle with itself and resolves to join the Peace, which is obvious
enough.
The law I`m proposing has 239 laws, divided into 9 chapters, I did
talk about this with you before. Half of those laws are to keep the
Governance good, the other half are to keep the economy good and
fair forever.
The Governing system proposed for all nations except the Haudenosaunee
and other properly managed first nations, has 3 main elements: groups
of several tens of people elect a delegate and they can replace that
delegate any moment. Groups of several tens of delegates form local
councils who are not sovereign. These delegates divide in groups
over larger areas to also elect from the delegates in that group a
Government over larger cities / villages (if wanted), a Government
over a larger area of the nation (1/50th), and they divide accross
the nation in local groups that all send in one representative for
the highest national Council. That council will rule the nation on
the national scale, keep the money straight, and other very important
issues.
I have read the Haudenosaunee law, I saw that it is a Great Law,
it gave me good ideas for how to structure the internal operations
of all these councils into smaller internal groups that debate with
themselves and eachother. I didn`t propose that as laws but as ideas,
because who am I to say what people should do so precisely, it is
possible people can manage their councils in other ways.
The second main element is the general vote on issues, Referendum. The
referendum is binding on the Government, but the non-votes are
filled in by the council it concerns (local, area, national). The
referendum with 2/3rd majority always breaks previous referendums on
the same issue. The referendum decision loses strength with the same
speed people on average die (about 1/70th a year), every moment the
referendum loses power and the councils gain power over the issue that
has already been up for Referendum. These laws are to prevent dead-lock
of Government, and to prevent on generations mistakes to rule the next.
The third element is a control body. People who want to, who gain
enough support from people, stand for nation wide election into a
special 10 person committee. This committee only has the power to set
the date for a new general election. Unlike in the Haudenosaunee law
the "voter groups" will at least every 5 years come together to vote
for their delegate. This is to keep things together every once in a
while, and to press fress blood into Government all at once, which
has a greater purifying effect then 1 by 1 (which is still possible
and people should do that a lot, changing their delegates).
The oldest in this committee, which is elected in a bit complicated
way by all the people, he or she is the head of the nation. He or
she is allowed to break into all the Government quarters, and even
into all the businesses, to see what is going on. This Head of the
nation can be seen by everyone, and can be deposed by everyone too
following the rules for that procedure. If the nation is in chaos,
then the head of state will rule by authority for 1 year, and then
new elections for head of state must come. This last element is a
safeguard against general chaos.
No nation can be too large, especially not larger then 100 million
people. 10-30 million is more ideal. You know what that means for
the USA: it would end and never come back.
So far about the state system. There would also be dedicated police
and justices. The economy is a free market, but: - land is distributed
to all, not selling and buying and not controlled by a few people. -
businesses, everyone can start them, but if the business is larger
then 10 persons and starter leaves, the ownership falls into the
circle of those that work there. THis will make sure most businesses
are owned by those who work there, without destroying free initiative
in the markets, which is what keeps them good. - money, the business
investment must be democratically controlled, or it will always fund
abuses of human and nature, which is most profitable for people not
part of the business.
Maybe you can tell the white man this is a good idea for them, they
don`t listen to me. All is worked out into near absolute detail.
The first idea that came to mind for a symbol for my system was a
circle, a circle of people, meaning democracy. But I rejected it
because a circle can mean so many things. However it came back in
several ways, in meaning this is: the world will trace the Roots of
Peace if the world nations decide to follow my proposal.

PS, This has little to do with the above, but I`d really like to
see the red nations regain sovereignty in their own nations, and not
burdened by white people in those nations just because the red man
wants to be nice. I think it is far better for the white man if his
red brother can really be himself / herself, in your own nations,
so you can be an example for them and stabilize them.
It might help a little of the Mohawk nation give my proposal some
thought and public support, even if it is meant not for you (because
you don`t need it). But whether you do or not I`ll support you.
[end letter]
Any help would help a lot; nothing gets done if nobody does anything
to take the top power, if the people don't move to be that power.
The above points to a worked out plan that would end with the public
excersizing real democracy in a fair economy. It is a nice and soft
plan, 1 principle, 4 goals, 4 methods of strugle:
1 (principle): trade must be about products of effort, not power.
2 (goal 1): democratic government (real people's Government)
3 (goal 2): businesses mostly democratic too
4 (goal 3): business loans/credit directed by the Government councils
5 (goal 4): distribute the land, each his part, for free, for nothing.
6 (war 1): buy where possible honest product not made from slave labor/abuses
7 (war 2): create investment funds that demand democratization of business
8 (war 3): create political parties to go into politics and train revolution
9 (war 4): revolution, the mass of the people stops working and traces the
Roots of Peace.
I know I can do this, you know we can do this, let's go do it. The
plan is good, the time is now (and passing!). Notice closely that the
plan is all peace, from start to end, not violence. At best a little
violence for self defense and to destroy criminal gangs and oppressors.

Humbly offered, please don't be mad.
