Posted this morning at Electric Politics, a podcast interview with
former CIA analyst Kathleen Christison, co-author with husband Bill
Christison of Palestine in Pieces, recently out from Pluto Press.

It's beyond shameful that the entire American political establishment,
it seems, is in the pocket for Israel. That our politicians covet
money and power so much more than they care about the issues, and that
they're so cravenly beholden to a foreign state. If nothing else,
their disgraceful, unconditional support for Israel demonstrates the
pervasive rot at the core of the American political system. But
ultimately this too shall pass and probably history will judge our
behavior in the coldest, most unsympathetic terms.
