My daughter Rebecca is having a blast at Hofstra (she's a freshman). She has
become fairly involved with the Chabad Center there. Becka has applied to
the Maimonides Leaders Fellowship program and interviewed for an Aish trip
to Chile yesterday. And - she just called to say she finally found a work
study job.
Wow! In a very short period of time, she has gone from being very scattered
and not fulfilling her responsibilities to 'all put together.'

Mazal Tov! I'm just wishing that it will work like that for my son!

Thanks, everyone!
I am learning that boys are so different than girls. SO much needier. My 12
year old son has lost homework in his backpack walking from his locker to
the classroom. I'm almost ready to make him scan all his HW into the
computer and email it to his teachers as backup.
We need to start preparing for his Bar mitzvah and we can't seem to find the
time because his other homework fills up his evening.
