No wonder the American President is making all kinds of conditions to meet
with Mr. Netanyahu, a Jew and a Zionist. No wonder all the leftist media who
love his policies are trying to surround the clear case of a radical Muslim
killing 13 soldiers in Fort Hood while crying "Allah u Akbar" with clouds
of obfustication, pretending they don't get what happened, Dr. Phil-ing the
incident with psycho babble.

We Israelis took some time to get it too, until the "religion of peace"
revealed itself in all its glory as devout Muslims blew up every white dove,
along with our women and children.

I am so sorry, America, that we couldn't teach you our lessons, and that
you now have to suffer through what we did until you finally wise up.

Sobering clip, and I don't even believe he is Muslim.

Unfortunately, there are enough cuts and splices, as well as a lack of
context in these quotes, that this looks (even) wore than it actually is.

I understand and appreciate that, but I wonder if we can splice enough clips
together of him giving
such platitudes (basically being a total suck up) towards Christians, Hindus
and Jews? I doubt we would
have 1 minute worth of footage combined.

There's little perception (internal or external) that we're at war with
Christians, Hindus or Jews. In fact, we could probably do that for Jews
(or Israel) based upon some of his flip-flops.

The film clip made me angry. Why? Because (to me) it was a clear set
of lies and distortions, a hatchet job. And what it does is effectively
portray those of us who *do* oppose him as whack-jobs.

I wonder if the Orientals or Hindus believe we are at war with Islam? I
would think it
is just the Muslims that believe this and I am not sure any platitude will
change that attitude.

Distortions, yes, but lies? I am thinking not.

I understand what you mean there. There is enough real stuff that one
doesn't
need to resort to these tactics to get their point across. Sean Hannity
(whom I really don't like) got caught
splicing footage. There was ZERO reason for him to do this. It just gives
people cannon
fodder to attack FOX news as a whole.

There are many non-Muslims who, viewing the actions of the US over the
past decade, seem to believe it. I can understand why, though I disagree.

Some are lies based upon the quick cuts, and some are in the "chapter
headings" that they added.

It's something that drives me nuts. It makes things particularly
difficult with my fellow Democrats, because they're not seeing the
reasoned arguments of a moderate but rather the hysterical rantings of
what is effectively a lunatic. I'm then seen as siding with the whackos.

Yup, I caught this when it happened. I was amused. A reason to do this
is because Fox was trying to puff up the attendance numbers. They've
been overtly promoting such rallies, and so they would have a stake in
it. I'm as much offended by the amateur way in which it happened as
anything.

Indeed - a sober reminder that we can't always get everything, everywhere.

False numbers reporting has been going on for decades, which
is one of the reasons I have never believed in "the liberal media".

Having read the linked-to blog, I fail to see where Hannity is
involved. Prove or retract?

I assume you watched the included video, which contained footage from
his show. He (Hannity) since admitted that this happened, and
apologised (though didn't explain why it happened). It was *his* show;
I'm sure you can decide his level of involvement.

An American soldier over in Iraq/Afghanistan fighting Muslim
terrorists is mourning the loss of his fellow
soldiers that were murdered by a Muslim terrorist on US soil.

It would be akin to a Jewish soldier in the field during, say the last
Lebanon scuffle, mourning the loss of fellow
soldiers that were blew up on Israeli soil.

I suspect that what confused Moshe is the wording of the caption.

"Mourning fallen soldiers in the States" is ambiguous;
"Mourning soldiers fallen in the States" is not.
