and the ninth:

I thought personal attacks were against the SCJM charter. I'm really
angry that this SCJ crap is appearing on SCJM. And now, one of the
participants on this thread (the one who started it) will send a
flurry of harassing e-mails to anyone who hasn't already reported his
abuse to his ISP. I don't understand why this cr*p is appearing on
SCJM.

The 9th commandment is that the SCJM charter prohibits personal
attacks on SCJM.

The initial question was appropriate for this forum. Bringing the SCJ
crud into it makes it problematic. For what it's worth, I have been
rejecting posts that pursue such a vendetta, and am permitting posts

Maybe Tilly shouldn't have given Susan's surname, but she did it in
passing, when she is perhaps angry at someone else about something
else.
You posted specifically to give her name, in a thread she herself was
reading and posting to.
I don't know Tillie's motivation, but it seems to have been in order
to be clear who had provided evidence that supports her position.
Somewhat self-serving and I havent' read the thread in some other ng,
but I think she feels it would serve Susan's interest too. It appears
she feels in alliance with Susan on this and so may reasonably feel
that Susan would want or not mind her name being used. That's my
impression and I havent' been able to read it any other way, but maybe
I'm wrong and Tillie deserves strong criticism too.
In your case, you replied solely to give her last name and the
motivation seemed to be to show that, "Hey, I'm an insider. I know
her last name and I can prove it." When Susan was posting to the
thread herself and could have answered had she chosen to.
