If you believe them, you will be sent into tail-spinning.

One day, they will tell you good news on lesser job loss and
profitable company result,
the next day they will tell you the bad news on increasing job losses
in US.
And the Wall Street market will be up and down.

In short conclusion, the true market and economic condition is really
really shit, simply because more smaller company are going into more
problems this round.

It is like sending the investors in Wall Street and World stock
markets to heaven for one day, and then kick them back to hell the
next day. Hahahahaha

Anybody can proclaim to be expert and say out loud, with confidence, their
opinions on any damn issues. The problem, however, lies with the listeners;
whether they choose to believe what they hear. Hence, your GQ - Guillibility
Quotient.

Wall streets have the most numbers of Charlatans - educated Charlatans. And,
these objective Chalatans are believable experts who can raise your GQ sky
high. At the end of the day, they suck your finances dry. Big BQ - Bonus
Quotient~
