Did some one of you could advise me interesting .jp sites in the way
of www design? also im looking for places of the modern art on the
Japanese web...

I looked through those links, what a pile of crap. This page is a collection of
amateur web designers, certainly not the pinnacle of Japanese web design.

If you want a peek at what REAL pro designers are doing, check out MdN magazine
at http://www.mdn.co.jp/

If you want to see modern arts, I'd suggest picking up a copy of "geijutsu
shincho" or "design plex" magazines (both are in Japanese only). Or try The
National Museum of Modern Art in Tokyo: http://www3.momat.go.jp/index_e.html

Since the category "modern art" is rather vague, it would help if you could
define your interests a little more closely. If you have specific areas of
interest, I could probably direct you to interesting materials. But alas, I
didn't even see your original post, I only saw the brief quote in this reply, so
I have no other information on your request.
