cooperative space program organization while keeping in time with the
given
dates of delivery .

To provide an level of business for the crushing defence industries
much above the
planed arms sels while providing assured work for their armies of
engineers in
the next half of century .

The space program is open for all .

There are two sets of standard at the same level but different NASA and
Russian standard.

To provide the humanity with an new planet for habitation in the next
50 years while on the
way the moon will be conqered .
