The main purpose of the Institution is to bring central Africa in to
the world while consolidating Arab Israeli relations.
Shall be established in central Africa .
Shall as fast as posible to have an data base of all humanitarian and
war crises in the region.
Shall facilitate good business in the region for all under the
condition that thouse business
will benefit the local population and will not be done as in the past
in an colonial way .
Establish democracy .
Stop wars and fomine .
Increase literacy .
Preparing the area infrastructure for the emergency Upgrading that is
planed in 5 years .
Overview the Upgrading .
