40 Hour work week, 8 hour days, were not freely given by the employers,
as the video tells us, they were hard fought, people died to get those and
so many
other things for working people.
We take these for granted today.
Jews were front and center in the struggle for workers rights.
Generations not yet born, when they began this struggle, are still
benefiting from their work.
