Aita, however, is not exactly a terrorist. At least not anymore.
Aita is a representative of Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud
Abbas' Fatah party to the West Bank town of Beit Sahor, which is a

"I thought I needed security," Baron Cohen told Letterman. "It was in
the West Bank. The guy picks this secret location. ... The terrorist

"I was pretty sure that my terrorist either did or did not have a gun
on him," said Baron Cohen.
Aita, however, says the interview took place at a private section of a
popular restaurant called Everest in the town of Beit Jala, which is
in a section in the West Bank under Israeli control.
Aita said he does not carry any weapons and Palestinians are not
allowed to bring weapons into Beit Jala. Indeed, during multiple
in-person interviews with WND, Aita was unarmed.
Aita also said he does not have a bodyguard. The second individual who
showed up with him for the interview with Baron Cohen, he said, was
Sammy Awad, the American manager of the Holy Land Trust.
Asked if he thought anything was unusual about the way Baron Cohen
acted or dressed during the interview, Aita replied, "No. He behaved
very normally."
"There was nothing special," continued Aita. "He said he is a German
actor making documentaries watched by young people. ... He wanted to
make a story to mobilize the young people to help us (Palestinians).
... I didn't have any impression he would use my interview in a bad
way."
Aita slammed Baron Cohen as a "big liar."

The Decline and Fall of Islam

Islam is dying. In its death throes, it has turned not just on its
perceived enemies, the modern world, but upon itself, killing with
seeming indifference both Muslim and non-Muslim as it thrashes about,
filling each day with new corpses, the last of which will be its own.
It took hundreds of years for the Roman Empire to be built and to come
to an end. During that long period in the early history of Western
civilization, the populations under its control throughout the
Mediterranean and up into England were largely permitted to worship
any of the many gods in local areas, although they were expected to
also honor the state gods of Rome.
By 312 AD, the emperor Constantine began his ascendancy, attributing
it to the God of the Christians and, in 325 AD, he called the Council
of Nicaea, the first council of bishops to formalize a Christian
creed. After that, Christianity, one of many faiths in the vast empire
began its path toward becoming, not just the religion of the empire,
but one that now numbers more than two billion people worldwide.
In 610 AD, Mohammed began to create Islam to gain control over the
desert tribes of Arabia. He built his religion on the wealth acquired
through raids on caravans and attacks on cities such as Medina and
Mecca. Islam’s text, the Koran, was said to supercede both the Old and
New Testaments, disputing the laws of Judaism and the divinity of
Jesus.
Following Mohammed’s death in 632 AD, the religion, a warrior cult
built around adoration of Mohammed, quickly spread throughout North
Africa and into Spain. Today, Islam is estimated to have more than 1.2
billion adherents around the world, although most are largely located
in the Middle East and Africa. There are some 31 million in Europe,
more than 845 million throughout Asia, and 323 million in Africa. A
little over a million are in South America and approximately 2.9
million in North America. It remains a distinctly "Arab" religion.
Islam has literally been at war with all other religions since its
inception. It looks at the world as being divided between Islam (Dar
es Islam) and the world of the infidel, (Dar es Harb) the unbeliever,
the world of war. The central prayer of Islam, the Kalima, spoken
daily, states "There is no God but Allah and Mohammed is His Prophet."
Mohammed said, "The sword is the key to Heaven and Hell." By contrast,
six hundred years earlier, Jesus said, "He who lives by the sword
shall perish by the sword."
A Muslim’s first allegiance is to Islam. One’s nationality and other
allegiances are secondary. In the latter half of the last century,
Middle Eastern Arabs strove to establish a national identity and it
proved a failure from its inception. In late October, 35 heads of
state gathered for a meeting of the Organization of the Islamic
Conference in an effort to achieve a unified voice for Islam and to
try to offset perceptions that Islam is linked to the violence being
perpetrated worldwide. Observers, however, note that the OIC is
unified only in its support for the Palestinian attacks on Israel. In
his welcoming speech, Mahathir Mohamad, Prime Minister of Malasia,
told attendees that Jews "rule the world" and are to blame for all of
the woes of Muslims. Absurd as this may seem to non-Muslims, it is
integral to Islam and how Muslims perceive the world.
With considerable irony, Libyan rule, Col. Muammar Al-Qaddafi,
speaking in early October, said, "Today, you cannot speak of Arab
unity and pan-Arab nationalism," adding "The Arabs have become the
joke of the world because they do not think of their future." But the
Arab leaders of Saudi Arabia, Palestine, the Persians of Iran, and
other Muslim nations who have funded and unleashed the Islamic Jihad
are thinking of the future; the future of Islam.
Since the birth of the Islamic revolution, begun by the late Ayatollah
Khomeini of Iran, Islam has been attempting to conquer the modern
world by the sword. Despite the schism between the Sunni and Shiite
branches of Islam, both are united in this quest. Jihad or holy war,
in the words of Paul Fregosi, an expert on Islam, is "essentially a
permanent state of hostility that Islam maintains against the rest of
the world."
Islam is losing its war on the world. We are witnessing the earliest
stages of its decline, although historians would probably mark that
from the end of the Ottoman Empire after World War I when the Western
allies divided the Middle East into new nations and areas of economic
imperialism.
Islam, however, is the primary reason that the Middle East has long
been a cesspool of ignorance, poverty, and oppression. A religion that
insists that the only thing worthy of study is the Koran leaves entire
generations ignorant of modern science, of the music and literature of
other cultures, of true world history. Even Islamic scholars are
beginning to openly warn that the path on which it has set itself long
ago can only lead to its predictable decline and end.
A recent study by the London-based Transparency International found
that Middle Eastern and North African nations form the world’s most
corrupt region. Twelve nations out of a rating of 133 come from that
region. Among them were Libya, Iraq under Saddam Hussein, the Sudan,
and Algeria. The study defined corruption as the abuse of public
office for private gain, ranging from misuse of public power for
private benefit to bribery; not exactly the kind of nations that
attract foreign investment. Only the invasion of Iraq to rid it of
Saddam has opened opportunities to restructure it into a modern
nation.
Most Westerners are unaware that Islam is unable to adapt, to change,
and to evolve. These attributes have been the hallmarks of the world’s
oldest monotheistic religion, Judaism, and of Christianity which
experienced its own Reformation. Instead, Islam is locked into the
dictates of the Koran and of the Hadith, a collection of observations
based on the life of Mohammed whose rules dictate the most minute and
intimate aspects of a Muslim’s life. The death of Islam was written
into its birth.
The daily reports of acts of Islamic terrorism seem to defy a rational
explanation, but there is a pattern emerging. First is the hatred
focused on Israel, a nation based on the belief that Jews, like other
ethnic or religious groups, have a right to their own country.
Following the Holocaust of World War II, the survivors and those who
had subscribed to Zionism, a movement to reestablish Israel, wrested a
tiny piece of Palestine, a British protectorate. They declared their
sovereignty in 1948 and the attacks on Israel by Muslims before and
since then have never ceased.
Nothing frightens Muslims more than the very existence of Jews, a
people whom the Koran repeatedly identifies as the primary enemy of
Islam; a people seen to be allied with their other enemy,
Christianity.
If Muslims fail to destroy Israel and its long history as the
birthplace of Jesus and Christianity, that means Allah has failed. If
Allah fails, Islam fails with him for Allah is neither the Jewish, nor
Christian God.
Another part of the pattern that has emerged is the Islamic attack on
America along with Western civilization and its institutions. The West
with its tradition of tolerance, of secular government, of a
capitalist economy, is seen as a threat to Islamic law as applied
throughout the Middle East. Carefully selected for destruction, the
World Trade Center in New York was targeted first in 1993 and again in
2001 as the ultimate symbol of the West.
The war on the West now becomes clearer as Muslims attack its
institutions, chief among which is the United Nations. The attacks on
diplomats are yet another sign of the indifference to ancient
traditions protecting those entrusted to do the work of international
resolution of conflicts. When you take diplomats hostage or kill them,
you threaten the very sinews of civilization. Even the timid
conglomeration called the European Union is reluctantly concluding
they must protect themselves against Islam’s jihad though, typically,
they would prefer accommodation than self-defense.
A further sign of Islam’s decline can be seen in the way Muslim
nations that align themselves with the West also find themselves under
attack to bring them into line with Islam’s ultimate objective of
world domination. These attacks are acts of desperation and come not
from nations, but from the core of Islamic fundamentalists.
The perfect metaphor of Islam is the suicide-bomber, killing himself
as he kills others.

Afghan censors to target Taliban

Shocking images of deformed babies born in Afghanistan since the US-led
invasion have been displayed on the Taliban's website to support
accusations that the American army has illegaly used depleted uranium
weapons in the country - which US authorities have denied.
That is just one way the Taliban has used the internet for propaganda in
its information war against the Afghan government and foreign troops.
But now Afghan authorities say they plan to censor the Taliban website,
which they claim "promotes terrorism and glorifies violence".
This is the article that Al-Jazeera calls "propaganda". Actually the
Taliban's website republished an essay written in 2006 by an Afghan
researcher, Prof. Mohammad Daud Miraki, PhD, Director of Afghan DU &

Nowadays, people used to say that Islam is the best religion of the
world but its believers are the worst among the believers of religions.
This concept, actually derived from a saying of famous British
intellectual, George Bernard Shaw, seems to the people to be quiet true
and attractive, irrespective of the fact that the collective behaviour
of the Muslims--believers of Islam--is far better than any other
believing nation. This negative thinking, which is in fact a complex,
caught the attention of the minds of not only the non-Muslims, but the
Muslims also. Very few people are aware of the fact that this thinking
is being propagated to curb Islam--a religion the West is afraid of.
It would be better if we make a thorough research why this false
propaganda has been on air for so long. It is quite clear that most of
the people who learnt about Islam or embraced Islam got attached to the
religion after being inspired of any Muslim's personality, either
watching him his nearby or in the media.
The quality of moral character of that Muslim made such psychological
effects on the minds of the people that stressed him to either embrace
Islam, or at least to learn the actual teachings of the religion.
Each time a person embraced Islam, it was either a quality of Islam that
inspired him to embrace the religion or it was a quality of anyone of
its believers that compelled him to do so.
No other religion can present an example like that in which a person,
after being inspired of any believer's character, embraced that religion
while Islam--even in the present century--can present a great many
examples of that phenomena.
Presenting a concept that each and every believer of a religion is the
worst of the whole human being irrespective of the fact that the
religion is the best among the existing religions of the world is itself
a wrong and false concept.
A religion cannot be the best among the existing religions of the world
if it is unable to present a single personality that could show that it
is acting upon the religion in its actual essence. In fact, such a
religion is neither a religion nor a code of life.
Islam, on the contrary, even nowadays, can present examples of persons
who are acting upon it in the whole world. If we reconsider the issue,
we will spot the fact that the people who have been putting the issue
before mankind that the believers of Islam are unable to act upon the
fundamental teachings of Islam are actually those who are totally
unaware of the fundamental teachings of the religion.
Even today, the character of majority of the Muslim rulers is free from
sex scandals which include oral sex issues that are common among the
rulers of Western countries--a social evil every human being, either a
Muslim or a non-Muslim, should avoid. Where will the West put this act
of chastity and avoiding the social evil? Is it not acting
upon Islam? Is it also declaring the Muslims to be the worst nation
among the nations of the world?
Remembering that chastity is not only the fundamental teaching of Islam,
but in fact, of every religion of the world, either existing or
non-existing, can one ignore the fact that nowadays only Muslims are
practicing the teaching at their best. Religious discrimination, as far
as I know, has been badly used against Islam and the Muslims. By
strengthening different un-Islamic sects, who portray themselves to be
Muslims just to malign the image of Islam in the eyes of human beings,
non-Muslim nations have tried their best to crush the Muslims.
They used terms like 'Muslim terrorists' and 'Muslim kidnappers' in the
media to testify that their philosophy is true that the Muslims are
everyone except a civilized nation. They never used these kinds of words
if the condition is vice versa, ie any other religionist commit such act.
They never discussed the issue that it were they who smuggled the
Muslims from Africa after making those free men slaves after capturing
them. Is it not enough to testify that they were the worst who did not
even spare a living human being? In the famous novel "Roots", Alex Healy
described the oppression of the West on the poor Muslims of Africa very
clearly.
How many Muslim countries have been doing the business with non-Muslims?
Saying something is easy but to prove it with facts and figures is
totally different.
Muslims obey their Lord both when they are alone and in company. The
basic concept of making the propaganda is to incite the human beings to
stay away from the easiest and the most beneficial programmed Islam has
carried for them.
The enemies of Islam took every step to present it in the worst style.
Sometimes they presented the image of Islam as if it is the religion of
invaders who massacred people in the past centuries in the name of
religion, excluding the fact that they are doing the same with the
Muslims in the form of a planned human genocide.
They portrayed Islam as the religion of bombers, hijackers, kidnappers
and fundamentalists, calling them, as I have written earlier, "Muslim
kidnappers" and "Muslim fundamentalists" on their media, neglecting the
fact that they also have been indulged in the activities both
individually as well as on government level.
Many countries have been the target of their 'justified bombing' and
'kidnapping'.
Muslims on the contrary, with the exception of a few so-called people,
who portray themselves as Muslims but their actual character is quite
contrary to the actual behavior of Muslims taught by Islam, do not get
themselves involved in such acts. They always preach peace.
'Hatred with the acts but love with the humans' is the basic and
fundamental philosophy taught to every Muslim by Islam and this has been
the slogan they raised in the world. The people who thought that Islam
teaches hatred towards every non-Muslim are incorrect.
Respecting each and every person and nation has been the behavior of
Muslims since its revival through the hands of the Holy Prophet (Sall
Allaho alaihe wasallam). For centuries, we, the Muslims, practiced these
principles in their essence. Nevertheless, we have been mocked at by
calling us "Muslim kidnappers" or "fundamentalists", while the
fundamental concepts of Islam basically provoke peace and love among the
different sects of society.
Every non-Muslim should kept in mind that even in these days Islam is
the best religion and its followers are the best among the followers of
the religions.
If they do not like it or its followers, they are free to dislike them,
but degrading the religion and defaming the believers is a practice they
should stop themselves from.
May Allah guide them.
