India should accept the Pakistan no war pact . Much of the army can
then be removed from the Rajasthan and Punjab borders and sent to the
valley to finish off the Muj once and for all .
The fact that India did not need to start another front and still
managed to defeat the Pakistani forces in Kargil shows that the
quality factor has swung decisively in India's favour.

Folks,
There is no solution to the Kashmir problem as long as Pakistan
exists. Also, India need not go to war with Pakistan - let time fight
her.
To help time fight Pakistan, India should contain terrorism for few
more years and keep Pakistan isolated the way this government is
doing. Rest will be done by time.
Indian economy is much bigger than that of Pakistan. She can afford to
fight jehadi menace from across the border.
Let us face it. Pakistan exists solely on the basis of her hatred
toward India. Without this kind of hatred, Pakistan will fall apart.
This is the core issue between India and Pakistan. Agra summit should
discuss this core issue rather than Kashmir.
