The Russian who refers to "Moskva" in Russian isn't pegged as riff-raff,
neither is the Frenchman who says "Paree" in French. When someone in
Delhi refers to a "rail-gaadi", I doubt that others look down on him,
unless he says the same thing when he's speaking in English. How about
the Mallu who says "thi-vandi"(old steam locomotive)?
