Subject: query - klpd means what?
An odd question.

I know KLPD stands Khadi Land Par Dhokha.

But in what context is it used, what does it imply, how is the phrase
used?

To put the same questions another way, When would someone use that
phrase, what would they want to say when they used it, how would it be
used (noun/verb? active passive?)

thanks

One may say 'klpd ho gaya' when one is frustrated in reaching a much
anticipated and sought after goal. For instance, you wanted desperately
to go see a certain show and you had even found tickets to the best
seats in the house--only due to some problem, the show is cancelled at
the last moment. It could be 'a major klpd' as you may explain to your
 friend later.
