One may say 'klpd ho gaya' when one is frustrated in reaching a much
anticipated and sought after goal. For instance, you wanted desperately
to go see a certain show and you had even found tickets to the best
seats in the house--only due to some problem, the show is cancelled at
the last moment. It could be 'a major klpd' as you may explain to your
friend later.
