Thank you for asking. The pain is killing me and I am short of breath
right now.
If you are serious about the flag, we don't have an official one, yet.
But I can refer you to an organization who I believe they have one
created. I have seen the flag and it has meaning to the Hmong culture.
It looks real attractive.
You know that we lost our country to the communist back in 1975, right?
Sad isn't it?

Thank you for the inquiry. To my knowledge, there is no single
nationally recognized Hmong flag at the present since the Hmongs have
resettled around the various continents of the world. Hmongs are not
Cambodians, and it is unlikely that Hmongs consider the Cambodia flag
to be their flag. However, because many Hmongs were originally from
Laos, some Hmongs do consider the Lao flag (depicting three elephant
heads) before the 1970s to be a symbol of their Laotian nationality.
But, there are differences between the Lao and Hmong people as well.
If you would like more information on Hmong, the following website have

Although We do have many flags represent many Hmong group,
such as Chao fa and other group that not well known. Each group
tend to claim that their flag represent the Hmong national flag, none
have been recognize by every Hmong and other nation.
This flag has not been officially recognized through out other
countries but I am pretty sure the U S and China is aware of such an
existance. It was genuinely created by a 100% Hmong and has not been
used by anyone in the world. The site is blow:

Good research, but I don't think the flag you post has any real meaning
to the hmong. As you can see, not just hmong are spread through out the
world. All races and ethnic groups are everywhere. The sun, the stars
and the moon belongs to all nations, races, and all of the living
creatures. I also learn from Felix that there is another flag with the
"xauv"as a symbol. I apologize to felix for not responding to his
question appropriately. The xauv can not be represent us, hmong
whatsoever. The xauv is for Hmong prisoners only. Why we still want to
be marked as prisoner once we have our own country? I do agree and like
the one with the "Qeej". The qeej is a good one. Once you see the qeej,
you know that it is Hmong's qeej. The xauv comes second but I don't
like something refer us as prisoners.
My opinion only.

To me, a flag that represents Hmong as a nation should be distinctive,
but simple. It should only have one symbol on it, a natural symbol,
not a cultural symbol. The most common natural symbol used for a
Nation or State is usually a Star. For the now, I guess we can use
anyone of the above. I have no problem with them. However, If we
should have a country or state. I would say the above ones are not
acceptable. This is just my opinion.
-Cha.
What is the "qeej" mean to you? To me, the "qeej" is a symbol of
death, that's all. Although one might believe that it leads the dead
person's soul to hell, I just don't understand why one should honor
such a meaningless instrument as a hmong national symbol. Qeej ces tsuas
yog hais mus rau feem tuag lawm xwb os cov yawg.
If you perceive from a different angle, you would see "qeej" as a
beautiful musical instrumental in the hmong culture. Qeej is not just
for using at the funeral. It can be used at many ocassions such as noj
peb cuag, dhia qeej and tshoob kos, according to the hmong elders.
Raws li kuv hnov tej laus hais mas qeej thiab nruas yog ib yam musical
instruments. Tabsi thaum hmoob tus huab tais tuag, hmoob thiaj coj los
tshuab pam tuag. Txij li thaum ntawd los, cia li muab ua li kev pam
tuag lawm xwb. Thaum kuv txiv tau tas sim neej, lawv tshuab qeej, ntau
nraus, tua phom thiab tshuab raj ncig tsev. Lawv hais tias yog ib tug
neeg laus tseem ceeb tau tas sim neej, lawv yuav tsum tshuab qeej ntaus
nruas, tua phom "tsa rog". Qhov no, yog ib yam neeg create xwb. Rab
qeej yog ib yam musical instrument ua peb pom kiag ces yeej paub hais
tias yog hmoob lawm.
Tabsi, yeej yog li koj hais, nws muab ua rau cov tuag ntau ces cia li
txias txias siab lawm. Kuv yeej ntshai ntshai lub suab qeej suab nruas
hmoob kawg li. Lub suab nyiav mas haj yam ua rau kuv txias siab, tsis
xav hnov kiag li.

Zoo siab koj kam los cuam tshuam nrog peb. Koj hais mas yeej yog kawg
