2nd Bis Tsu Thoj: Former CIA FAG, Captain under Vang Pao. Former English teacher at refugee camp Vinais. 3 times military training in China during the Chao Fa war. Former Join chief of staff , Co-commander of 3 villages, and has been promoted to 3 Stars General and commander of Longo area in 1992 by Vice President Moua Lo which endorsed by Colonel Lee Lo, Bee Moua, Charuen Pan Chan, general Snan of 3091 commander, Thai 3rd region commander, Prime minister young chai yoth,, and General John S. He has been killed during the Longko battle-field in 1992.

Thank you for you two greatest warriors & heroes in servicing Hmoob in good and bad times. Your time for the Hmoob future are very valuable that no one can ever pay you back. thank you General Cher Pao Moua and thank you General Bee Chou Thao. Your patriotism were so great to all of Hmoob.
