You are well aware of Seng’s scam. In fact, you were one of the original persons to lure Seng into it. The law is the law. Whether it’s Seng, you or anyone else, you can’t get away with this kind of scam.

On the other hands, I was right all along. I have said in the beginning when Seng was initially arrested that Steve Vang Moua has struck a deal with the FBI to be their key witness to testify against Seng. Now we know it’s true as I said. The FBI paid airfare for Steve Vang Moua to come to St. Paul twice. The first trip was in June 2016 to sign the Affidavit to indict Seng. The second trip was to testify in the trial.

I was also right that you were hiding and would never come out. Where were you? You were nowhere to be found since Seng's arrest. And still nowhere to be found today except sneaking into this forum once in a while then getting out quietly without trace. If you are so support of Seng, why hiding? Why so chicken? I know why you are hiding. It’s simply because you are as guilty as Seng and don’t want to be caught. That’s why.

Seng Xiong is currently locked out in Sherburne County jail in Minnesota. To my knowledge, July 10, 2017 Seng is scheduled to be brought back to court for sentencing. For state laws, Seng could get up to 20 years in prison for wire and mail fraud. However, federal laws are little bit different. My guess is that Seng will get at least 5 years in prison and may get out of prison within 3 years with good behavior. Will wait and see.
