ABOUT US
The USNDFSCOM initially formed as an organization in 1987 in response
to former and late President Ronald Reagon's Order under the National
Security Decision Directive Number 259, pursuant to title 32 USC 109
in 1986; and has fully incorporated as the National Education Non-
profit entity composed of trained, experienced, motivated, patriotic
retired and former members of the Armed Forces, Reserves and National
Guard, as well as non-veteran, concerned public spirited citizens. It
was the first and only recognized Provisional Military Reserve Officer
Corps outside the State Guard system. Like the Civil Air Patrol, the
U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary, the Red Cross, and the Salvation Army, the
USNDFSCOM Corporation is organized as a non-militia military-style.
The USNDFSCOM has been providing members and communities with the
training and education needed to combat potential local domestic
terrorist threats, natural disasters and other emergency situations.
This organization works within the Federal and State laws and
guidelines, and has four Branches:
The Army Branch,
The Air Force Branch,
The Public Health Branch, and
The National Oceanic Communications Command Branch
Members of the USNDFSCOM
Volunteers trained, experienced, motivated, and patriotic
including retired and former members of the Armed Forces, Reserves,
National Guard and non-veteran, but spirited citizens
The group belongs to a civilian volunteer program with a military
structure and is continuously looking for volunteers from all walks of
life to serve as advisors, training curriculum developers, and
instructors for training classes.
Volunteers are organized to relay the training on proper emergency
preparedness they’ve received from the US Department of Homeland
Security and Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to the
citizens in the local communities through Group Study and Seminar
programs with free of charge., for each community to be safe from
harms way.

The USNDFSCOM will continue our work within the legal framework and
strengthen membership recruitment efforts to measure up to the mission
as embraced to (1) prepare communities to handle emergency and
disastrous situations by supporting the US Department of Homeland
Security and Federal Emergency Agencies, State and local emergency
programs emergency programs, and (2) honor veterans who have served
this country with honor, dignity, and bravery. In the next two years -
2010-2012 Strategic Plan and beyond as the organization, we are moving
forward to fully deploy our mission by examining both strengths and
opportunities from within with Quality Improvement, and explore a way
to having the power to influence others to make the difference as
bestowed in the mission.
