THE OBVIOUS EVIDENCE is the the VILLAGERS only use AXES to chop the TREES BUT check OUT those HUGE TRUNKS they are cut BY HUGE MACHINE and took away in BIG TRUCKS. NONE OF THOSE are the tools AVAILABLE to the VILLAGERS.MOST of those TREES go to the VIETS and ONLY TOP LEADERS can GRANT THOSE trucks full of trees to CROSS the borders. SO looks like it is the CORRUPTION from the TOP.

GO AHEAD BLAME the villagers each of the got SUPER-STRNGHT to carry away TONS of TREES. haha DUMB STUPID LPDR officials who got the BRAIN about the size of a grain of RICE to BLAME the villagers.
