1. Back In the 80 an Crook American called himself business entrepreneur tricked Hmong in the US to give him over $10 million dollars. He lied to Hmong that if they gave him $5000.00 at the end of the year. Each Hmong will receive a house. My sister and nephew lost more than $30,000.00. Because they thought they would get many houses. But shortly after cheating million dollars from Hmong. He disappeared. All Hmong just muted and Said, nothing.
2. In the 90 another crook appeared again. This time call for Coin business. If a Hmong invested $1500.00 for an account. That account shall receive $70,000.00 at the end of the year. That time many members of my close families poured thousands of dollars with others Hmong in the US to this false business. It went on about 1 year. This American man disappeared like the previous one. But Hmong kept quiet, no mouth opened.
3. Now Patriotism gave Seng Xiong just over million dollars from their hearts to free Hmong People. You traitors making noise like sick tiger. What a clean heart like a charcoal.

2. Xeng Xiong used his own personal bank account and has withdrawn any amount anytime, any day and for any reasons he wanted
3. Seng Xiong guaranteed 10 acres, 5 bedroom house, free education, free medical care and government financial assistance for life in return for those who sent him money
4. The investigators found Seng Xiong’s phone showed no records of any calls to any U.N. officials from 2014 to Oct 15, 2015. The only calls Seng made were the 11 calls to the U.N. visitor center in September 2015 that he arranged for a visit for his group of Npuag Yaj, Nom Loob, txiv yawg Ntxhw and 20 others.
5. Seng bought a ticket departing from LA on March 24, 2016 to Thailand and wouldn’t return until December 31, 2016, almost a whole year get away trip.
