Kao is dead. Can you offer any recent evidence that Chao Fa is
working with the UN to carry out the measures you state below? While
your evidence isn't very compelling though, I will say that if you are
able to successfully gain an autonomous region in Laos for the Hmong,
and can do it by political and non-military means, then I surely will
applaud your efforts and offer you my hand. I fully support you if
you are doing all this through the UN and as long as more Hmong don't
have to die or suffer to achieve it. No matter what you say though, I
won't believe it until I see it, but I will say if you can accomplish
this then you will have accomplished one of the best things for Hmong
in this century, and perhaps ever. It's just too bad my own people
(cov Miskas) haven't been willing to make such a deal for the Hmong
considering all the sacrifices you made on our behalf during the war.
