Excellency President Barack Obama of the United States
Your recent trip to Laos was very mixed emotion. It was sad and happy. It was sad, because you did not have a chance to see the children of Hmong in the 17th newly Province of SaySounBoun whose parents served the US secret war in Hmong-Land, Laos which the war was ended; But LPDR communist continuing hunting them like animal from Valleys to Mountains since in 1975-present and the Ninety million Dollars US aid to Laos. The Communist dictator Leader will use to kill more Hmong People.
It was happy, because you were the first US President who came to break the Communist’s Chains which tied all the People in Laos for more than 41 years. I embraced your brave political path for opening a better path for the young to sustain their destiny.
In 179 Chinese Leader Premier Deng Xiao Peng has granted a special budget to aid the Hmong, Khmu, and Lao resistance to regain control from the Communist LPDR; but did not success.
In 1985 Former President Reagan aids the Hmong freedom Fighter to form Coalition government and allow for multi-party, LPDR tricked to accept refugees back to Laos under the monitor of the United Nations, and killed Vue Mai the returning Camp Leader from Vinai.
Mr. President I praise for your decision to plow the road for The YSEALI. You are the best Leader who has the encourage to step your foot in the frontline. When the Communist thought you would only talk, but you actually walk into the Land of communist’s killing Field to open the fresh air to everyone.
