Base up on the Hmong past political propaganda to regain a Country for living and farming. LPDR know well that the time is turning to favor Hmong again. In the past we fought with ammunition. Now with international Law. LPDR killer authorities so scare. They immediately replacing Sombath Liailher Governnor of Xaysounboun.
(1) In 179 Chinese Leader Premier Deng Xiao Peng aid to create Hmong Country by allowing Hmong military to get training in Muang Noi, Yunan, China
(2) In 1985 US president Reagan aid that brought Hmong Leader to declare Hmong Autonomous on June 2nd 1985 in Jumba, Angola, next to visit Washington in September 1985, and his final burial in California.
(3) The Bangkok's 3091 official document which permit Hmong military training inside Thailand.
Since in 1979-present the road for regain Hmong Country was no longer hindered to China, Vietnam, Burma, Thailand and LPDR Communist Laos. Sound like insane, but in reality. It is real. China has named Hmong Autonomous, Vietnam renamed Mountainous people to Hmong region, LPDR replaced Sombath Lialiher with Thongloy Silivong.
The Circle of Hmong political propaganda is turning to Hmoob again and the road to regain Hmong Country is opening. When it is the plan of God no man cannot stop it.
