where I have met some of JT's relatives as a matter of record. Some
bands have played there, sometimes a famous one would come.

You did not yet tell the story of how you met JT´s relatives. Would you

Actually, I am just adding a monkey wrench with that.
When I was younger, way back then, I am always being recruited to join
their band, but I am not a musician. Yes, JT has relatives in bands and
he mentioned them once or twice and I have met them. They also knew me.
But I am more a passing person for them, and them for me.
How would I know some of them would become famous, like members of
"Isang Kilo Band" for one. I am the guy who carries stuff, and supplies
stuff to other bands, etc... Who decorates clubs before they come in, I
get paid in booze, clothes and food and pocket money.

There must be a misunderstanding. Are you referring to the Generoso brothers
who made up the band known as Pinoy Beatles? If so, they are not my
relatives. They are FRIENDS of my relatives. They used to practice at our
ancestral home in Sta Mesa Heights Q.C. At the time, I was a preschooler,
the loud music actually scared me.

It´s quite an inspiring atmosphere around bands, lots of interesting people,
good talks, good vibrations. I suppose you got a lot more than just booze
and clothes and pocket money out of that cooperation! ;-)
