The United Nations at the 56th Session of the United Nations Human Rights Commission with 86 states in attendance including the United States, France, Benin [ A few of the states that have offended the Africans in America]  have jointly decreed the Right to Reparations, which means amongst other things REHABILITATION,including psychological, RESTITUTION, COMPENSATION and a GUARANTEE OF NON-REPETITION. see www.aareparations.com

Presently, the Africans in America have the absolute right to control the education, courts, civil and criminal areas along with the right to indigenous territory [The former slave plantations where we were created] like the Indians, Hawaiians, and Eskimos because we are indigenous to the United States and Indigenous people have the right to self-determination. In this regard, we we can prove that we arrived in the Americas 1500 years before Columbus,[See Ivan Van Sertima "They came before Columbus", Dr. Barry Fell of Harvard "America B.C and Clyde Winters 'we invented writing in the Americas' ] This makes us a "Autochthon Indigenous people.

Secondly we came in the latter slavery years from over 100 tribes all to be made one tribe by Spain, England, France, The Netherlands and the United States. Under the  UN definitions this also makes us an"autochthon indigenous people". [ A people transmuted during  slavery or colonialism] In fact, the African Diaspora is only a colloquial expression, the correct definition of our existence under the legal definition is that we are "Autochthon Indigenous"

The International Lawyers of the Tribunal have met with the leaders of N'Cobra, NBUF and the RNA in order to adapt this approach. I have personally authored Two recently released books on the subject of Reparations  called "The Ballots" 72 pgs and "The Answer: Reparations under International Law 416 pages with 400 footnotes.I have also given them and waiting to give Minister Farrakhan,the NAACP, John Conyers etc. the good news that Reparations is a done deal pursuant to the 56th Session of the Human Rights Commission. see www.aareparations.com .

Presently, we are urging all groups, barber shops, beauty salons, businesses and organzations to sign up put up a ballot box so that we can vote to have our Indigenous status recognized.

We are now preparing seminars and we are available for lectures so that the indigenous Africans  will be recieve these  books and training lessons on how to get out the vote over the next several years until so that we can have a Indigenous plebiscite vote by 2007.

This morning I will be meeting with the Imam Musa Balde, the President of Timbuktu Education Foundation www.timuktufoundation.org  who holds one of the keys to our indigenous stature. So that we can have the books to educate our children. We came from a very literate, scholarly people in fact, it was us [The Moors-Almoravids, etc] who educated the Europeans when they were illiterate.It was these books and the university system of our grandparents who brought on the European reanaissance.

We can also show you how to obtain self-determination under the United Nations laws of Nations like the South Africans, West African Nations, and the Palestinians. We can also show you how to write state Indigenous schools initiatives and local school ballots so as to put pressure on Congress and the Black Congressional Caucus who know about 56th Session of the Human Rights Commission.

We remain ready to debate any Congressperson including John Conyers, NAACP, Jesse Jackson who wish to discuss Indigenous self-determination vs. Civil Rights or the payment of a check.

This essay is true today as it was when first published in Black Dialogue
magazine forty years ago. The essay defines the esthetics of revolutionary black
theatre that has all but disappeared in the dust of reactionary times, times
of betrayal and loose lips that sink ships. The times require that we consider
what we said and what we did and did not do. Until we do the right thing, Sun
Ra taught, we can't go forward or backward. So having not done the right
thing, here we are today, stuck on stupid, like super glue on our asses, looking
for a way out of our morass. Maybe this little essay will offer some light.

"The Revolutionary Theatre"

This essay was originally commissioned by the New York Times in December
1964, but was refused, with the statement that the editors could not understand
it. The Village Voice also refused to run this essay. It was first published in

The Revolutionary Theatre should force change, it should be change. (All
their faces turned into the lights and you work on them black nigger magic, and
cleanse them at having seen the ugliness and if the beautiful see themselves,
they will love themselves.) We are preaching virtue again, but by that to mean
NOW, what seems the most contructive uses of the world.

The Revolutionary Theatre must EXPOSE! Show up the insides of these humans,
look into black skulls. Because they have been trained to hate. The
Revolutionary Theatre must hate them for hating. For presuming with their technology to
deny the supremacy of the Spirit. They will all die because of this.

The Revolutionary Theatre must teach them their deaths. It must crack their
faces open to the mad cries of the poor. It must teach them about silence and
the truths lodged there. It must kill any God anyone names except common Sense.
The Revolutionary Theatre should flush the fags and murders out of Lincoln's
face.

It should stagger through our universe correcting, insulting, preaching,
spitting craziness . . . but a craziness taught to us in our most rational
moments. People must be taught to trust true scientists (knowers, diggers, oddballs)
and that the holiness of life is the constant possibility of widening the
consciousness. And they must be incited to strike back against any agency that
attempts to prevent this widening.

The Revolutionary Theatre must Accuse and Attack anything that can be accused
and attacked. It must Accuse and Attack because it is a theatre of Victims.
It looks at the sky with the victims' eyes, and moves the victims to look at
the strength in their minds and their bodies.

Clay, in Dutchman, Ray, in The Toilet, Walker in The Slave are all victims.
In the Western sense they could be heroes. But the Revolutionary Theatre, even
if it is Western, must be anti-Western. It must show horrible coming
attractions of The Crumbling of The West. Even as Artaud designed The Conquest of
Mexico, so we must design The Conquest of White Eye, and show the missionaries and
wiggly Liberals dying under blasts of concrete. For sound effects, wild
screams of joy, from all the peoples of the world.

The Revolutionary Theatre must take dreams and give them a reality. It must
isolate the ritual and historical cycles of reality. But it must be food for
all these who need food, and daring propaganda for the beauty of the Human Mind.
But it is a political theatre, a weapon to help in the slaughter of these
dimwitted fat-bellied white guys who somehow believe that the rest of the world
is here for them to slobber on.

This should be a theatre of World Spirit. Where the spirit can be shown to be
the most competent force in the world. Force. Spirit. Feeling. The language
will be anybody's, but tightened by the poet's backbone. And even the language
must show what the facts are in this consciousness epic, what's happening. We
will talk about the world, and the preciseness with which we are able to
summon the world, will be our art. Art is method. And art, "like any ashtray or
senator" remains in the world. Wittgenstein said ethics and aesthetics are one. I
believe this. So the Broadway theatre is a theatre of reaction whose ethics
like its aesthetics reflects the spiritual values of this unholy society, which
sends young crackers all over the world blowing off colored peoples heads.
(In some of these flippy southern towns they even shoot up the immigrants'
Favorite Son, be it Michael Schwerner or J.F. Kennedy.)

The Revolutionary Theatre is shaped by the world, and moves to reshape the
world, using as its force the natural force and perpetual vibrations of the mind
in the world. We are history and desire, what we are, and what any experience
can make us.

It is a social theatre, but all theatre is social theatre. But we will change
the drawing rooms into places where real things can be said about a real
world, or into smoky rooms where the destruction of Washington can be plotted. The
Revolutionary Theatre must function like an incendiary pencil planted in
Curtis Lemay's cap. So that when the final curtain goes down brains are splattered
over the seats and the floor, and bleeding nuns must wire SOS's to Belgians
with gold teeth.

Our theatre will show victims so that their brothers in the audience will be
better able to understand that they are the brothers of victims, and that they
themselves are victims, if they are blood brothers. And what we show must
cause the blood to rush, so that pre-revolutionary temperaments will be bathed in
this blood, and it will cause their deepest souls to move, and they find
themselves tensed and clenched, even ready to die, at what the soul has been
taught. We will scream and cry, murder, run through the streets in agony, if it
means some soul will be moved, moved to actual life understanding of what the
world is, and what it ought to be. We are preaching virtue and feeling, and a
natural sense of the self in the world. All men live in the world, and the world
ought to be a place for them to live.

What is called the imagination (from image, magi, magic, magician, etc.) is a
practical vector from the soul. It stores all data, and can be called on to
solve all our "problems." The imagination is the projection of ourselves past
our sense of ourselves as "things." Imagination (image) is all possibility,
because from the image, the initial circumscribed energy, and use (idea) is
possible. And so begins that image's use in the world. Possibility is what moves
us.

The popular white man's theatre like the popular white man's novel shows
tired white lives, and the problems of eating white sugar, or else it herds
bigcaboosed blondes onto huge stages in rhinestones and makes believe they are
dancing or singing. WHITE BUSINESSMEN OF THE WORLD, DO YOU WANT TO SEE PEOPLE
REALLY DANCING AND SINGING??? ALL OF YOU GO UP IN HARLEM AND GET YOURSELF KILLED.
THERE WILL BE DANCING AND SINGING, THEN, FOR REAL! (In The Slave, Walker
Vessels, the black revolutionary, wears an armband, which is the insignia of the
attacking army . . . a big redlipped minstrel, grinning like crazy.)

The liberal white man's objection to the theatre of the revolution (if he is
"hip" enough) will be on aesthetic grounds. Most white Western artists do not
need to be "political," since usually, whether they know it or not, they are
in complete sympathy with the most repressive social forces in the world today.
There are more junior birdmen fascists running around the West today
disguised as Artists than there are disguised as fascists. (But then, that word,
Fascist, and with it, Fascism, has been made obsolete by the word America, and
Americanism. The American Artist usually turns out to be just a super-Bourgeois,
because, finally, all he has to show for his sojourn through the world is
"better taste" than the Bourgeois . . . many times not even that.

Americans will hate the revolutionary theatre because it will be out to dest
roy them and whatever they believe is real. American cops will try to close the
theatres where such nakedness of the human spirit is paraded. American
producers will say the revolutionary plays are filth, usually because they will
treat human life as if it was actually happening. American directors will say that
the white guys in the plays are too abstract and cowardly ("don't get me
wrong . . . I mean aesthetically . . .") and they will be right.

The force we want is of twenty million spooks storming America with furious
cries and unstoppable weapons. We want actual explosions and actual brutality;
AN EPOCH IS CRUMBLING and we must give it the space and hugeness of its actual
demise. The Revolutionary Theatre, which is now peopled with victims, will
soon begin to be peopled with new kinds of heroes . . . not the weak Hamlets
debating whether or not they are ready to die for what's on their minds, but men
and women (and minds) digging out from under a thousand years of "high art"
and weakfaced dalliance. We must make an art that will function as to call down
the actual wrath of world spirit. We are witchdoctors, and assassins, but we
will open a place for the true scientists to expand our consciousness. This is
a theatre of assault. The play that will split the heavens for us will be
called THE DESTRUCTION OF AMERICA. The heroes will be Crazy Horse, Denmark Vessey,
Patrice Lumumba, but not history, not memory, not sad sentimental groping for
a warmth in our despair; these will be new men, new heroes, and their enemies
most of you who are reading this.

Due to communication woes in our community, some of you may be receiving=

since last year.  This letter is a request for the types of people mentione=

above to go on a  PROJECT ORGANIZING/FACT FINDING mission in Ghana to help=

design and build a literal SELF SUFFICIENT community! The land has already=

been secured and there are people from both the African Continent and the=
=20
Diaspora working to make things happen! The minimum requested stay is 7=20
days. We hope that all participants can do the 14 day and 21 day trips=20
however, as this will ensure that the project is planned with the utmost=

care.

SPECIAL NOTE: Our immediate and future goal to make this ongoing project=

more affordable=85ESPECIALLY to college students=85involves getting Black=
=20
Organizations, individuals, various departments of our Historically Black=
=20
Colleges and Universities, as well as dedicated =93African Americans=94 in =
all=20
colleges and Universities to sponsor trips.  For example, Florida A & M=20
University has a couple of departments that occasionally sponsor trips to=

Africa.  Perhaps they can sponsor this one!  The work in  Ghana will be=20

The project will be organized, controlled and owned by Continental Africans=

4. Skills needed to make the trip a success:
All Africans in the Diaspora are welcome.  However, for the skills needed w=

practicing in the fields of study that provide the =93FIVE BASICS=94 of foo=

clothing, housing, education, and health. Examples of skills in these areas=

are SURVEYERS, LANDSCAPERS, HEALTH PROFESSIONALS, SCHOOL TEACHERS,=20
ELECTRICIANS, PLUMBERS, ARCHITECHS, ENGINEERS, ECONOMISTS, etc.

5. Activities while on trip:
After arriving in Ghana from JFK via Ghana Airways, you will travel North t=

a local guide.  This will include extensive car travel and walking up and=
=20
down the site.  You will meet with community leaders and elders to access=

their needs concerning the five basics mentioned above, establish=20
friendships, and even for lodging. During your stay, plans will be discusse=

for building homes, expanding existing agricultural endeavors, design of a=
=20
library research center, culturally enriching economic activity, and design=
=20
of a hotel.  Consequently, the plans for proper plumbing, sanitation, clean=

running water, and electrical power distribution will be discussed and=20
decided upon as well.  Your time to do these activities in Ghana will depen=

upon whether or not you and/or your group chooses the 7, 14, or 21 day trip=

6. What to expect during the trip:
This is NOT a traditional vacation.  It is designed for African people of=

the Diaspora (i.e. Blacks living outside of Continental Africa) and=20
Continental Africans to help design and Build a self-sufficient, African=
=20
centered community in =93Cross Roads of People=94.  Therefore, expect lodgi=
ng to=20
be provided by the local people once you reach your destination. Also,=20
expect to build friendships, social, educational, and economic solidarity=
=20
with each other.  It is advisable to travel with only ONE piece of luggage=

that weighs under 70 lbs. However, if you must bring more, pack as light as=
=20
possible, taking care to bring your needed grooming material. One American=
=20
dollar in Ghana is worth a great deal, so the opportunity to by what you=

Group to Release FBI Records of Spying on Puerto Rican Activists

A Hunter College research center plans to publish on the Internet
thousands of pages of FBI documents of spying activities against Puerto
Rican activists.

The files cover half a century of surveillance and other covert actions
by FBI agents and Puerto Rican police against suspected leftists on the
island and in New York.

The Center for Puerto Rican Studies at Hunter College now has 120,000
pages of those documents, a scholar at the center told Newsday

"This is an historical record that is very important," said Ramon
Bosque-Perez, a researcher who is organizing the documents. "There are
lessons here on how much energy and resources were spent on political
persecution of dissident groups."

The files have a personal meaning for Bosque-Perez because he, like many,
suffered as a result of information that was passed along to various
people by police agents. In Bosque-Perez's case, he was suspended from
school and harassed in other ways after being surveilled by Puerto Rican
police working with the FBI, he said.

The FBI acknowledged three years ago that it spied on supporters of
Puerto Rican independence and others. The admission came as Rep. Jose
Serrano (D-Bronx) questioned then-FBI director Louis Freeh about the
files during an appropriations committee hearing.

"I said, 'In my community, the Puerto Rican community, there's always
been this belief that the FBI really hurt a lot of people involved in the
independence movement. Careers were ruined and all kinds of horrible
things,'" Serrano recalled. "I expected him to say, 'We can't talk about
that.' But to my shock, he said, in effect, 'Those were very difficult
times and the bureau did things we can't be proud of to a lot of
Americans. So I would be willing to release the documents.'"

There has been a long history of Puerto Rican activists opposing U.S.
control of the island. In 1954, for example, several independence
supporters opened fire in Congress, wounding five lawmakers.

In all, the FBI collected more than 1.8 million pages of materials on
Puerto Rican politicians, including the first elected governor of the
island, as well as suspected members of leftist organizations, Serrano
said.

Last month, Serrano agreed to allow the center to house all the papers he
has received so far, as well as papers the FBI will turn over to him in
the future.

Bosque-Perez said that, at the current rate, it will take decades for the
FBI to hand over all the files. He said the center hopes to put some of
the documents on its Web site -- www.centropr.org -- by the spring,
starting with several thousand pages of files on Pedro Albizu Campos, an
independence leader, and Luis Mu=F1oz Mar=EDn, the first elected governor o=
f
Puerto Rico. Both men are deceased.

Bill Carter, an FBI spokesman in Washington, said the process of going
through the documents is long and tedious. He said the FBI has to analyze
each page and edit or remove certain ones.

For one thing, Carter said, analysts cannot give out information on
living persons because of "privacy issues." Also, the agency must protect
the names of FBI agents and others who worked for the United States, he
said.

FBI record-keeping on Puerto Ricans lasted through the 1990s,
Bosque-Perez said.

As a college student back on the island in the 1970s and 80s,
Bosque-Perez participated in campus demonstrations, including a massive
student strike while he was a law student in 1981.

In 1997 Bosque-Perez filed a Freedom of Information request with the FBI.
Two years later he received more than a hundred pages of reports about
his activities on the island.

Vatican Urges Lasting Solution to Third-World Debt

The Holy See highlighted the consequences of the external debt for poor
countries and called for the establishment of a financial system that
will avoid these problems in the future.

Archbishop Celestino Migliore, permanent observer of the Holy See to the
United Nations, made that point Friday when he addressed a committee of
the U.N. General Assembly that was analyzing the topic "Crisis of
External Debt and Development."

"The total external debt of developing countries increased from $1.5
billion in 1990 to $2.4 billion in 2001," the papal representative said,
according to the Vatican Information Service.

Referring to the Heavily Indebted Poor Countries project, "The HIPC
program has yet to find a lasting solution to their debt and
debt-servicing problems," the archbishop lamented.

"This recurrent debt crisis has caused an overall outflow of financial
resources over the years, which divested those nations of their vital
resources essential to their basic development, even to minimum levels
of health care and education," he said. It "is imperative ... to reverse
this trend."

Archbishop Migliore said the international community faces two
challenges.

First, he said, was "the need to find a solution to all outstanding debt
problems." Second, he added, was "the need to create a lasting financial
system suitable for the development of all countries."

Financing "for development is not just a technical task. Since human
beings are endowed with the inherent capacity for moral choice, no human
activity takes place outside the sphere of moral judgment. Therefore,
those activities that have enduring consequences on the life of an
entire population, particularly on its poorer segments, deserve
particular attention and moral scrutiny," Archbishop Migliore concluded.

Last Wednesday, he made an appeal for indigenous peoples to receive the
necessary means to be the protagonists of their own development. The
Holy See representative made the appeal when he addressed the Committee
of the U.N. General Assembly on the Program of Activities of the
International Decade of the World's Indigenous Peoples. He highlighted
"three convictions in which my delegation firmly believes."

"First, the right of development is inherent in every person, group or
nation, and the world's 370 million indigenous peoples have the same
claim to development as all the rest," he said.

"Second, development, to be truly human, should be integral, comprising
all its multidimensional aspects: economic and social, political and
cultural, moral and spiritual; it has to be both individual and
collective, personal and shared," the archbishop continued. "Third, the
indigenous peoples themselves must be architects of their own
development."

Relevant initiatives must follow a key criterion: to involve "the
indigenous people in the various stages of the projects, from
feasibility studies to implementation, from evaluation to
readjustments," he stressed.

Noting that the decade of indigenous peoples ends in 2004, Archbishop
Migliore said: "The Holy See remains committed to the cause ... [of]
enabling indigenous peoples to regain their distinct place."

My immediate response to the "Statement regarding Dr. Tony Martin" was to not give it any validity, but I soon realised that it is such a brilliant piece of rhetorical doublespeak, I had to address some of it for the sake of those among us who may not be aware of the background to the this whole problem.
Of the 10 organisations whose names appear on the document Mr. Lethal Jasper is directly involved as chair, president, spokes person, secretary, etc., of 6 and is indirectly involved via shared executive membership with the other 4. He is also a member of the Black Jewish Forum, a Jewish-run "think" tank.
The very first sentence is a clear attempt to mislead the reader by suggesting that the deluge of criticism directed at Lethal Jasper's decision to exclude Dr. Tony Martin from the Black History Month, First Voice conference were "inaccurate" and "from a small number of people".
They talk about "concerns were raised" but no "concerns" were raised by any African person or group about Dr. Tony Martin's platform sharing record. So why do they avoid saying that it was some Jews who raised the "concerns"?.
They say: "There is no suggestion that Dr Martin holds the views of those he has associated with." suggesting that Dr. Martin "associated" with these people. Does that mean that had Tony Martin, David DuBois and Paul Robeson, Jr. shared the First Voice platform they would be "associates"?
The issue is not about supporting or not supporting Dr. Tony Martin. This is about the principle of African self-determination.
Since the platform was created with African tax payers' money, ostensibly to celebrate and promote African history, it makes no sense to leave out the foremost authority on Marcus Garvey, the greatest leader of our time and instead glorify those who would bow to Jewish slave masters or those who are afraid to speak the truth.
When the Conference audience prevented me from being beaten by the 20 or so security thugs who were told to silence me, their decisive mass response did not feel like "single figures" to me.
And they are right to say: "A political agenda based on hatred and fear [of the truth] ultimately leads to isolationism and failure."   The very example you used, the ANC,  where European Jewish domination causes an "African" government to forgive atrocities and reward its people's enemies while keeping its freedom fighters locked up as common criminals can only end in failure when the people wake up.
They ask: "Why attack people who are helping the struggle?"   Yes, why attack Professor Tony Martin for exposing Jewish involvement in the enslavement of African people; why attack me and others for exposing their involvement in his exclusion and why attack the Sister Azania, who was thrown out of the Conference for distributing information about the www.blacksandjews.com website?
This issue is not about Tony Martin. It is not about Louis Farrakhan before him. It is about the right of a people, African people, to self-determination and within that the inalienable right to decide who we listen to or not listen to, regardless what the Jews or any other people think of them.
May the Ancestor guide and protect you all on our way.
