How did you know? It would look nice above my fireplace
between the copies of Monet and Geuneutte. It would replace
Tom Roberts who is badly faded.
But it's a bit too small, 1m x 1.70m, is it imposing enough?
What are those people actually doing?
What do they have in their backpacks/knapsacks/hampers?
Coals?
Look at the guy with a flaming torch, the one who's burning
a left tit of the girl jumping high with pain. And he is having his
wallet stolen by one of the shadowy characters with a hamper.
Goodwill March, hmmm. Are they taking christmas gifts
to South Korea or returning from a successfull trick-and-treat
evening?
Gosh, it's more puzzling than a mystery of the Permian extinction.

I reckon there's room there for several pieces; like, a testament to the
lasting achievements of the Korean proletariat...

What's more, they are obviously well fed. No sign of
nutritional deprivation in any of their faces. These kids
look like they eat oranges and dates all year round.
What do you make of that?

The whole slide show! It's interesting how well they learned from
Russians. It's like ruskies with slanted eyes. And to think this
stuff still exists somewhere in the world. The picture titled "Road
Construction" is a lovely piece of art as well. y
