In compliance with the demand in article Now Detected Criminal Mind
'Wang Zaixi' Of China's "Taiwan Affairs Office," In

stating that 'the security of Taiwan's people DOES - directly -
depend on
whether (and how many) Criminal Minds in China's
government remain undetected and unexposed and are thus
allowed to execute their intentions to destroy many
people;' *(1)*(2)
and complying with Human Rights Issue 'The Rights of Criminal Minds'
'1. Criminal Minds have the right to be looked at.
2. Criminal Minds have the right to be exposed.
These are kind (nice, friendly, caring) things to do to
a Criminal Mind.
On the other hand, to NOT look at him or her and to NOT
expose him or her, is a very mean thing to do to a
Criminal Mind.
They ARE that mean, intentionally that mean, to
each other (and to themselves too);' *(1)
and further to 'China's General Liu Yuan Claims 'Right Of Criminal
Minds' For Himself' on 16 June 2004; *(7)
now China's Defense Minister Cao Gangchuan has, publicly on the first
of August 2004, revealed himself to be one of the Criminal Minds in
the current Chinese government.
While his mind is repulsive, deadly calculating, and hatefully
destructive to all - as can be easily established - and
while he is terrified of life itself,
he has to pretend - on the outside - to be "big and dangerous":
Pretending to "defend" 1.3 billion Chinese against an entirely
non-existent "enemy,"
and indeed such happens to be entirely standard behavior of
Criminal Minds, *(3)
and he has to pretend
- all Criminal Minds are perfect actors and accomplished liars -
that the greatest idiocy and most extreme, destructive act AGAINST
the Chinese population, is "normal" - yes, even
"is wanted by 1.3 billion Chinese people"!
This "normality," the Criminal Mind Cao Gangchuan, China's
Defense Minister certainly has in common with
the one he is terrified of, and who did the same to
the Chinese people, who is
the violently Criminal Mind Mao Zedong (Mao Tse-Tung),
probably the greatest enemy the Chinese people ever had,
causing the death of likely fifty million Chinese, or more,
in particular by the simple expedient of destroying
farming and keeping farming destroyed. (**)
Now the Criminal Mind Cao Gangchuan, China's Defense Minister, wants
(and he is that insane that he thinks actually he can cause)
'1.3 billion Chinese,' on his command
to fight against perfectly peaceful people and even true friends of
those '1.3 billion Chinese.'
Only Criminal Minds think like that. *(3)
However not even under Mao Zedong did the '1.3 billion Chinese' (or
somewhat less at that time) attack
these perfectly peaceful people and their true friends,
who left the dictator Mao Zedong in order to be able to
live elsewhere
in peace and happiness and prosperity and freedom,
instead of being ordered around, or driven into death by
hunger or by being "purged" - by Mao and those executing
his orders, by all those like him, who are
by the very fact of not letting people do and be what
they are,
by not letting people be and do what they very well
know and can see that is right,
those not allowing people to be what they are,
are
corrupt dictators to the Chinese people - and, by
consequence, such can only PRETEND to care for the Chinese
people. (**)
Criminal Minds are perfect actors and gross and persistent liars:
'"If Taiwan independence forces continue to act willfully, the
People's Liberation Army has the determination and capability to
resolutely smash any 'Taiwan independence' splittist conspiracy,"
he [the Criminal Mind Cao Gangchuan, China's Defense Minister]
said.
"China's sovereignty and territorial integrity is the supreme
objective, and the will of 1.3 billion Chinese can not be
violated," he told a gathering late Saturday at Beijing's Great
Hall of the People.'
Criminal Minds have only one purpose: *(3)
to destroy and dominate people,
and they use whatever lies, as long as these can be made to be
acceptable. *(4)
In the present case:
"Taiwanese people can not be happy, unless some Criminal Minds,
from a 'motherland,' dominate them." (*)
However, as I stated before, whatever nationality people have
(or what race or culture people belong to), is ONLY relevant for
Criminal Minds
if such an (in itself entirely irrelevant) condition can
serve as an excuse, as a "reason"
to destroy and to dominate decent people; that is,
ONLY if Criminal Minds see a possibility, that the excuse,
the "reason," the justification will be accepted, and
possibly acted upon.
Criminal Minds are perfect actors, and they are
perfect liars
- their intentions are hidden, so you have to
detect these by knowing about Criminal
Minds. *(1)*(2)*(3)*(4)*(5)
You see, and I state it again, the people in Taiwan are happy to
freely trade and exchange culture with other people,
including with those about one billion Chinese who have been
lied to, and tricked,
those about one billion Chinese who have been dominated
and who have been betrayed by their former dictator, the
severely Criminal Mind Mao Zedong.
The people in Taiwan are not harming anybody, not intending to
harm anybody, nor planning to harm anybody,
certainly have they no plans to invade and dominate and
destroy one billion Chinese (or 1.3 billion),
not even to attack and destroy those undetected
Criminal Minds who are nested within the
government of those Chinese who were tricked by
the most vicious Criminal Mind, the dictator
Mao Zedong (Mao Tse-Tung).
But, as is common knowledge now, Criminal Minds ALWAYS point the
finger away from themselves,
pointing wrongly to those who DO genuinely care for
people, be these people Chinese or not Chinese by culture,
by language, by race, by location or nationality,
whatever the culture, race or nationality or even religion
- that is used by Criminal Minds as an excuse for trying
to dominate others, and for making people fight decent
people, making people fight what are in actual fact their
true friends.
Whatever lies Criminal Minds spread and try to trick people with
into dominating and destroying their best friends,
that does not change the fact, that care is care for
others, that love is love for others, and that
understanding is understanding for others, and that
those ingredients are the ingredients of government,
without which government is not possible.
The apparently main source of hostility and of
potentially great harm to very many Chinese of all
nationalities, and as well to the rest of the
population of Earth, is then
the Chinese, currently Minister of Defense,
Cao Gangchuan,
as has been proven conclusively by himself now,
using the 'Rights of Criminal Minds' to let
himself be looked at and exposed. *(1)
The Criminal Mind and currently Minister of Defense of China,
Mr. Cao Gangchuan, had the following to say publicly
to 1.3 billion Chinese, exposing himself as a Criminal Mind
indeed, as reported for instance in the People's Daily:

BEIJING (AFP) - China's defense minister has warned that the
country's army has the will and the strength to "smash" any
attempt by Taiwan to become independent, state media reported.
Adding to weeks of escalating Chinese rhetoric, Cao Gangchuan
issued the stark message at a ceremony to celebrate the 77th
anniversary of the 2.5-million-strong People's Liberation Army,
the People's Daily said Sunday.
"If Taiwan independence forces continue to act willfully, the
People's Liberation Army has the determination and capability to
resolutely smash any 'Taiwan independence' splittist conspiracy,"
he said.
"China's sovereignty and territorial integrity is the supreme
objective, and the will of 1.3 billion Chinese can not be
violated," he told a gathering late Saturday at Beijing's Great
Hall of the People.
Cao's remarks, widely reported in local mass-circulation
newspapers, followed extensive and highly publicized
military maneuvers aimed at displaying China's willingness
to go to war over Taiwan.
In late July, 18,000 members of the People's Liberation
Army carried out coordinated attack drills near Dongshan,
an island with a geography very similar to that of Taiwan.
Cao was speaking just a day after Taiwan Affairs Office Vice
Minister Wang Zaixi was quoted as saying China may attack Taiwan
before 2008 if the island's President Chen Shui-bian pushed his
pro-independence timetable too hard. *(8)
"Solving the Taiwan issue and bringing about complete unification
of the motherland is in the basic interest of all Chinese,
including the Taiwan compatriots," Cao said in his Saturday
speech.
"With 'Taiwan independence,' there is no peace, with splittism
there is no stability," he told his audience, which included
foreign military attaches.
He said "peaceful reunification" with the island, which has been
governed separately since the end of a civil war in 1949,
remained the basic policy of the Chinese government.
"But we will absolutely not permit any person to adopt any means
to split Taiwan from the motherland," the defense minister said.
Chinese President Hu Jintao Friday told his US counterpart
George W. Bush by telephone that his government would never
tolerate "the independence of Taiwan."

traditions of the Chinese (martial arts, medicine, etc.) I wrote

murdering a few million Tibetans too,
WHILE THEY WERE HYPNOTIZED BY A CRIMINAL
MIND... BY MAO ZEDONG WITH HIS BOOK OF
LIES.
And [while] they still try to do the same to
some twenty million Chinese off the coast of
China, who, I think, are getting along very
well and happily WITHOUT the "help" of some
unnamed Criminal Minds in "the motherland."

'Chinese Famine of 1958-1961'
Ironically, the Chinese Communists, led by Mao Tse-Tung, [Mao Zedong]
prevailed in the civil war in part because they won the support of
peasants by promising equitable land redistribution and an end to
famine. Instead, in 1958-61 the Communist agricultural policies
created the worst famine in human history.
To understand the cause of the Chinese famine, first the reader must
look back to the Soviet famine of 1931-3. Under Stalin, peasants and
others were forced into large collective farms where the state
dictated farming methods and production quotas -- any and all
private farming efforts were strictly forbidden. To make matters
worse, Stalin placed Trofim Denisovitch Lysenko in charge of
agricultural science in the Soviet Union.
To put matters bluntly, Lysenko was a quack. He rejected modern
genetics theory, for example, as "fascist" and instead adopted a
modified form of Lamarckism that incorporated some Marxist ideas. In
keeping with these ideas, Lysenko argued that seeds could be
dramatically altered by merely altering their environment. For
example, Lysenko believed that if seeds were soaked in extremely
cold water, they would then grow in cold environments. The Soviets
wasted valuable time and money instituting Lysenko's harebrained
schemes, and Lysenko used his position to promote the careers of
other pseudo-scientists with similarly bizarre ideas (2).
Although the result of instituting Lysenko's pseudoscience and
Stalin's collectivization techniques caused a famine that killed
millions in the USSR, Mao and other Chinese Communists were enamored
of Stalin and insisted on replicating the Soviet experience in China
(apparently against the advice of the Kruschev and other Soviet
officials).
In October 1955, Mao ordered Chinese peasants to be organized into
collectives of 100-300 families. He would later order even larger
collectives to be organized. As a result, in 1956 grain yields fell
by up to 40 percent. Not satisfied, Mao ordered farmers to put into
practice several Lysenko-ist practices, which combined with the
collectivization, decimated Chinese agriculture (3).
These practices included:
* close planting - Lysenko believed, against all the evidence,
that members of the same species don't compete for
resources and advocated planting seeds very closely. In China,
farmers were ordered to massively increase the number of seeds
they planted. In the South, for example, a farmer might plant 1.
5 million seedlings per 2.5 acres. The Communists ordered
farmers to increase that to 6-7 million seedlings per 2.5 acres
in 1958 and then 12-15 million seedlings per 2.5 acres in 1959.
The results were predictable -- few seedlings survived (4).
* deep plowing - Lysenko's colleague Teventy Maltsev argued that
the deeper farmers plowed, the deeper the root structure of the
plant would grow. Farmers in China were ordered to plow 4 to 5
feet deep. In 1958 in Liaoning province, for example, 5 million
people spent more than a month deep plowing 3 million hectares
of land (5).
* extreme pest control measures - Mao launched an extreme
campaign to control pests, including birds and insects. The
sparrow bore the brunt of the pest control measure (the goal was
to exterminate the bird). Unfortunately, with the decline in the
sparrow population the insect population exploded, seriously
compromising what few crops grew (6).
* no chemical fertilizer - following Lysenko, the Chinese
ordered an end to the use of chemical fertilizers (7).
* leaving land fallow - following another of Lysenko's
colleagues, Vasily Williams, the Communists ordered farmers to
leave at least one-third of their land fallow. Most areas didn't
comply to that extreme, but many did leave 14 to 20 percent of
their land fallow (8).
The predictable results of these measures soon followed -- famine on
a scale never before seen in China or any other part of the world.
Unlike previous famines which had been localized to one or another
region of the country, the famine of 1958-61 struck the entire
country.
But as millions of peopled starved to death, nobody could publicly
acknowledge the reality of the famine or criticize the
collectivization efforts. When Minister of Defense Marshal Peng
Dehuai wrote a private letter to Mao summarizing the disaster, he was
purged as a "rightist" by Mao. During much of the famine most
officials reported enormous gains in agricultural output, and China
continued to export large amounts of grain. In some areas, grain was
maintained in storage facilities while people starved -- no one
wanted to risk being purged as a "rightist" (9).
Finally in 1961, Liu Shaoqi ordered the abandonment of Mao's
policies in his province, and other provinces soon followed suit in
part over fears that the famine was threatening the Communist Party'
s control over the country. Mao opposed the reforms, but no longer
had the power base to strike at officials who introduced reforms.
When Mao once again consolidated his power, he launched the Cultural
Revolution which ended up killing many of those who brought the
famine to an end.
The death toll was staggering -- so large, in fact, that until very
recently many commentators in the West dismissed the claims of
Chinese refugees as exaggerations. Although exact data are not
available, estimates range anywhere from 30 to 40 million deaths
caused by the famine. Demographic information suggests a significant
number of these deaths, perhaps as many as a quarter, were young
girls who may have been allowed to starve before other family
members due to the low value traditional Chinese culture placed on
daughters (10).
Ironically, much as the Chinese used the Soviet agricultural
policies as a model with disastrous results, so China's experiment
in collectivized agriculture was used as a model by several
developing nations who experienced much the same results. Cambodia,
Ethiopia, Somalia and North Korea all adopted the collectivized
agricultural experiment at one time or another and suffered from man-
made famines.
