Since the posting was not specific about the paintings, It is necessary to post
this mail for people who are interested in:
The paintings are mostly horses, the painter are regarded the only successful
one after the master Mr. Xu. Those paintings have found their way to hotels and
foreign tourist for their special art effects. The painter has published
countless paintings on newspapaers and magazines (I have the copies), so I
would say he is well known, but since he is in his late 40's, it is too early
to say that he is known by everyone in a country like China. The paintings were
mailed or brought to me, so they were not framed, they are, however, dry
mounted. In other words, they are ready to be framed. The sizes vary from about
40cm x 40cm to 60cm x 100cm. The prices are varying greatly. I would let some
of them go at very low prices.
