Trini words for the day:
BAD TALK - To gossip about someone. To Ill-speak someone.
MAUVAIS LANGUE, PONG.
SKYLARK - Practical joke. Any physical contact that is potentially
hazardous.
BAD MIND - Spiteful.
KETCH - Catch.
eg.
T&T) DOH SKYLARK WIT SHE YUH KNOW. YUH KNOW HOW BAD MIND SHE IS ALREADY;
QE) Don't play around with her. Remember, she's vengeful.
T&T) SHE GO REAL BAD TALK YUH AN' TING. YOU GO AHEAD, IT GO BE YOU
TO KETCH.
QE) She'll run your name through the mud. Watch out, be careful.
This praise song was written for the panman
To all those who has shown their dedication
Out of yesterday's rejection
Onward to a new perfection
From a hunger came a feel
From that feel we shape the steel
So we sing a song of praise for those who
Help to clear the path so we could see through
So that we children, they have source
To put every Trinbagonian on course
Out of a muddy pond
10,000 flowers bloom

Correct me if I am wrong, but I always thought that to "skylark" was to
waste time, in a sense to procrastinate.

I think that you should explain to the others what pull stones is!
Don't worry you are not the only one who is going to spend Valentines Day with
their computer! (and I am not even studying computers!)
