The governor-candidate [Manuel Rosales] has returned after meeting with the
USA Ambassador in foreign lands (just as we had predicted a few days ago).
He went to meet his political and financial mentors and to fetch the
government plan for Venezuela that some Cuban-American intellectuals
prepared. He went to receive instructions.
Now the dirty race begins.
The trip was not entirely pleasant for the coup-participant-governor ... he
was reprimanded by Bush's envoys.
Among the reprimands received were:
- his inability to gather a large number of followers on the day of his
launching as candidate.
- not having been able to convince the Venezuelan people with his
mediocre speech.
According to sources from Un Nuevo Tiempo (A New Time), Rosales received
orders to buy off as many pre-candidates as possible and by whatever means.
The objective: to influence world opinion by creating the illusion that a
single, unified candidate is running against Chavez.
The empire's tactic is to keep a low profile on Sumate while distancing
themselves from the people of Rumbo Propio (Own Path). These two things can
be held against Carmonas supporter (Rosales).
Close sources to the governor allowed information to leak...
The empire wants the governor to avoid all confrontation with Chavez but
wants him to hold debates with the other pre-candidates who, in turn, will
lose and drop out of the race thus making it look as if Rosales is the
winner of the debates.
The empire has supplied a large amount of dollars so that the media
will announce the one candidate of the north American embassy as the
winner.
The true confrontation with Chavez will take place when the TV and radio
stations edit, publish and generate an altered publicity campaign,
carefully orchestrated by the Bush administration, mercenaries, and
coup-participant-Venezuelans dwelling in Miami. All this is being financed
by the US Department of State with funds from questionable origins.
According to some separatist leaders from Zulia, Rosales met secretly with
the Governor of Florida. They discussed all the possible ways that can be
used to intervene with and rig the Venezuelan Election, including CANTV
technology, akin to what was done in the state of Florida during Bushs
fraudulent election.
According to sources close to Rosales, he also met with Venezuelan
mercenaries and coupster militaries as well as Jewish and Miami-Cuban
sectors who are committed to financing the dirty campaign against Chavez.
The money from the US Department of State will be laundered through foreign
businesses. During a dinner conversation at a luxurious restaurant in Zulia
some leaders of Nuevo Tiempo and members of other organizations that
support the separatist candidate had too much to drink; thus allowing the
conspiracy information to leak out.
The separatist group Pro-Patrobersiano, Rumbo Propio, has begun a new
separatist campaign whose slogan is: Autonomy is the way out. This vile,
separatist campaign is being coordinated in Miami and is the next step to
be taken when the governor is given the order to withdraw from the
electoral battle.
The US Department of State dictates the rules for the squalid candidature.
Rule #1 is: play dirty.
This is why they financed Ortegas escape and this is why the Farias are
financing subversive propaganda in the Miami Cuban TV stations. Said
propaganda is based upon proven-Nazi techniques in an effort to reverse the
constitutional order in Venezuela. It is an attack against the
democratically-elected government of the Venezuelan people.
We will once again see Chavez portrayed by the pro-imperialist media as a
dangerous enemy of capitalism and free enterprise. Once again they are
mistaken. We, the people, have awoken and are conscious of the role we must
play to bring about our liberation and the construction of different
Venezuela -- a different world.
The coupster-opposition attempts to conquer the people through fascist
terror and lies fabricated by Jews and north American Cubans.
This revolution must deepen its Bolivarian ethics in order to do battle
against the terrorist machinery that has been set into motion by national
and international media.
We, the people must organize and demand that the rules of the Venezuelan
electoral system be respected, via CNE.
We, the people, must exert social, electoral control.
We must stay alert and watch our maritime and territorial borders.
The fascist, mercenary groups will try to smuggle, through the west border
or the extensive Venezuelan coast, what they cannot introduce through
diplomatic valises. We must establish effective watch-groups on all our
borders, ports, marinas, airports as well as all shipping and courier
companies (whether they be private or commercial, national or
international).
We, Venezuelans, must be totally alert because terrorist actions are being
put in place to sabotage our coming elections.
Only our watchfulness can stop the terrorists that plot against our nation.

Candidate Rosales firmly allies himself with USA and Colombia

Speaking to foreign correspondents, Venezuelan opposition candidate, Manuel
Rosales admits that he did sign a document on the 12th of April, 2002 when
"Dictator-for-a-Day," Pedro Carmona proclaimed himself President of the
Republic.
Rosales says it was a moment of confusion and he only signed his attendance...
"if I made a mistake, I admit it, but it was in good faith."
The candidate argues that the moment of confusion arose from Chavez
Frias resigning, even though the latter denied it afterwards.
"I was in Zulia at the time as Zulia State Governor and they called me to
Caracas, urgently ... I attended the self-proclamation of Carmona as
President and signed my attendance."
Unlike Chavez, Rosales insists, he did not spend years planning a coup and
killing people.
Rosales says Venezuela is sick and its institutions are under threat, so he
promises to return autonomy to the Judiciary, the Attorney General's Office
and other State bodies.
Rosales has told foreign correspondents that if he is elected, he would
review all oil agreements made by the current President of Venezuela.
The mainstay of the Rosales campaign in foreign policy, the candidate
states, is to seek better relations with Colombia and the United States,
which he says, is Venezuela's main partner.

Comunicación nacional en Venezuela, Argentina, Mexico, Alemania,
Tailandia, Malasia y China, on el fin de que según mi punto de vista
se transmita y publique información importante al público
internacional.
Después de mis publicaciones fundamentadas por hechos durante el
período de julio y agosto de 2005 sobre la verdadera paternidad del
Sr. A.R.A., Canciller y Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores de Venezuela,
con respecto a L.C.G., Ministra Verdaderos Consejero en la República
Federal de Alemania de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela,
Encargada de Negocios en el interín en la Embajada de Alemania, mi ex
esposa en Alemania, siguieron masivos ataques de hackers, bloqueos de
comunicaciones de todo tipo, tanto en intercambio de correos
electrónicos del propio dominio, troyanos y envíos de Malware,
persecuciones personales durante el acceso a Internet, que por mi lado
tuvieron como contenido otras publicaciones, y sobre todo respecto a
los medios online españoles con llamamientos intensos para detener
inmediatamente los ataques de hackers y la destrucción de datos del
programa.
Junto a los ataques de hackers hubo bloqueos y bombardeos Exploit
durante visitas de determinados foros en Venezuela y Argentina. Esto
tuvo un alcance tal, que determinadas visitas a páginas Web desde
Tailandia - allí estoy muy seguido - a determinadas direcciones IP en
Venezuela y Gateways DNS, estuvieron bloqueados totalmente.

Esta situación insoportable, también ante el trasfondo de la
reputación, presentación de Venezuela y de las personas y familias
afectadas, con los ataques permanentes de hackers, debería terminar
inmediatamente, lo que después de muchos llamamientos a las
autoridades de gobierno en Venezuela y su embajada en Alemania NO fue
el caso. Sin embargo, su trasfondo se aclaró totalmente más adelante
mediante las investigaciones IT, ver más abajo. En relación a este
tema debe remarcarse que hasta ahora no ha habido NINGUNA respuesta o
comunicación con estas autoridades. El interés fue nulo aquí.

Después de investigaciones intensivas de IT durante semanas, así como
evaluaciones IP, más adelante pudo aclararse totalmente por qué estos
ataques se detuvieron a pesar de los llamamientos. Porque naturalmente
NO venían de Venezuela, sino que de un grupo patriótico del
Comcast.net de EE.UU. También aquí pueden encontrarse detalles
concretos en los links de la Web mencionados abajo, y sobre todo,
publicados de forma impresionante por el periodista canadiense de
Vheadline con sus anteriores experiencias del mismo tipo.

Por lo demás, debido a mis actividades comerciales e invitaciones de
empresas, las autoridades de gobierno en China, Malasia y Tailandia,
así como el centro de protección de datos en DL se vieron
involucrados en los hechos, ya que en las redes locales LAN, a causa de
los masivos ataques de hackers, los sistemas de computación cayeron y
se temió penetración y robo de datos. Una conocida institución de
Level3 de los Estados Unidos había intervenido en el asunto gracias a
la iniciativa de las autoridades de gobierno de Venezuela, y ahí no
era yo el causante de los daños, sino que la totalidad de las acciones
de los hackers habían sido dirigidas, y ello no por primera vez desde
el Comcast.net.
Después de las observaciones increíbles y scans de correos
electrónicos, las acciones hubieran debido ser perseguidas desde el
Comcast.net y red Savvis con ANTERIORIDAD. Se debió haber hecho
responsable a los causantes y hacerlos tangibles de persecución por
daños y perjuicios. Al final, las acciones IT level3 no tuvieron
éxito, tal como se iniciaron y sin tener consideración por la esfera
privada.

En calidad de apoyo, ingenieros IT desde Guadong en China estuvieron
ocupados durante semanas evaluando todos los datos de hackers IT, de
logs, e IP, para proteger los sistemas informáticos ante las continuos
ataques de hackers, e identificar claramente a los maleantes, reunir
pruebas, para poder demandar por daños y perjuicios al círculo de
personas ahora conocido.
Los costos ascienden hasta ahora a US$ 30.000,--
Todo esto se ha visto confirmado en discusiones y mediante la
resonancia positiva de medios online, periódicos, revistas y foros
desde Cuba a Tierra del Fuego, China, Malasia, Tailandia y DL. Por
ello, los temas actuales de ataques de hackers, persecución de
personas y terribles molestias causadas - en Latino- y Sudamérica, los
medios y foros online están bien llenos con esos temas de otras
personas - continuarán ocupando a los medios de comunicación
internacionales con los detalles IT necesarios.
En otras palabras, los hackers, bloqueadores de comunicación, pickers
de firewalls y verdaderos especialistas en redes IT pueden ver sus
resultados con los correspondientes detalles IT en los medios y foros
online existentes en los servidores de la red en los diferentes
continentes. Ello es, basándose en la experiencia internacional, y
también de muchas personas y sus motivos, el mejor método para
terminar de forma ABSOLUTA y SIN vuelta a toda la locura de los
hackers, a las persecuciones personales y control de las personas con
reputación internacional y formas de actuar legítimas y totalmente de
acuerdo con la ley. Básicamente, a estos especialistas IT y
organizadores de estas cosas, les falta conciencia de la
responsabilidad y forma de pensar lógica, a fin de terminar a tiempo
con sus medidas cochinas y dejar de aplicarlas totalmente.
Según las PRUEBAS que tenemos a disposición, conocemos a los hackers,
sus lugares de salida, sus círculos personales y motivos políticos y
patrióticos, de manera que estamos considerando las posibilidades de
una persecución penal con apoyo internacional en Tailandia, Malasia y
China, según los hechos presentes y claros y los daños causados, con
VERDADERAS POSIBILIDADES de EXITO en las demandas de daños y
perjuicios.
Y para coronar esto, de manera típicamente alemana, ello especialmente
en los así llamados foros de expertos, las manifestaciones detalladas
respecto a ordenadores, hackers del Internet y bloqueos de
comunicaciones, fueron rechazadas como inventos, manía persecutoria
y/o basura.
Como puede verse, hemos logrado avances desde varios puntos de vista, y
de igual forma está claro, que estos ensuciadores del IT, naturalmente
fuera de Venezuela, por los mismos motivos que conciernen directamente
a VIPs, publicaciones políticamente no deseadas y manifestaciones de
la libre opinión, documentos internacionales y hechos que se
corresponden con la verdad, provocan ataques masivos de hackers en y
con relación a Venezuela, también para otras personas, y lo
intentarán también en el futuro.
Nosotros estamos haciendo muchas cosas para impedir esto COMPLETAMENTE
en el futuro, distribuir información cualificada lo más ampliamente
posible, observar los próximos ataques preventivamente y con gran
tranquilidad, y documentar cualquier peak en firewalls, evaluarlo y
avisar inmediatamente a los servidores con los hechos correspondientes.
Por favor lea los informes de prensa que siguen, y observe las
impresionantes fotos ante el trasfondo bolivariano del periodista
canadiense, que ha experimentado ataques y sabotajes de hackers
absolutamente idénticos.

en y respecto a Venezuela. También como en el caso de la libertad de
opinión y expresiones comprobables por hechos, así como verdades no
