US Terrorist Plan to Sabotage Venez Elections

to refer to US and Israeli Zionists, (who have been mounting the usual
rightwing-Zionist campaign accusing all opponents of being anti-Semites)
and the Miami crowd of rightwing anti-Chavez Venezuelans who are in league

The governor-candidate [Manuel Rosales] has returned after meeting with the
USA Ambassador in foreign lands (just as we had predicted a few days ago).
He went to meet his political and financial mentors and to fetch the
government plan for Venezuela that some Cuban-American intellectuals
prepared. He went to receive instructions.
Now the dirty race begins.
The trip was not entirely pleasant for the coup-participant-governor ... he
was reprimanded by Bush's envoys.
Among the reprimands received were:
- his inability to gather a large number of followers on the day of his
launching as candidate.
- not having been able to convince the Venezuelan people with his
mediocre speech.
According to sources from Un Nuevo Tiempo (A New Time), Rosales received
orders to buy off as many pre-candidates as possible and by whatever means.
The objective: to influence world opinion by creating the illusion that a
single, unified candidate is running against Chavez.
The empire's tactic is to keep a low profile on Sumate while distancing
themselves from the people of Rumbo Propio (Own Path). These two things can
be held against Carmonas supporter (Rosales).
Close sources to the governor allowed information to leak...
The empire wants the governor to avoid all confrontation with Chavez but
wants him to hold debates with the other pre-candidates who, in turn, will
lose and drop out of the race thus making it look as if Rosales is the
winner of the debates.
The empire has supplied a large amount of dollars so that the media
will announce the one candidate of the north American embassy as the
winner.
The true confrontation with Chavez will take place when the TV and radio
stations edit, publish and generate an altered publicity campaign,
carefully orchestrated by the Bush administration, mercenaries, and
coup-participant-Venezuelans dwelling in Miami. All this is being financed
by the US Department of State with funds from questionable origins.
According to some separatist leaders from Zulia, Rosales met secretly with
the Governor of Florida. They discussed all the possible ways that can be
used to intervene with and rig the Venezuelan Election, including CANTV
technology, akin to what was done in the state of Florida during Bushs
fraudulent election.
According to sources close to Rosales, he also met with Venezuelan
mercenaries and coupster militaries as well as Jewish and Miami-Cuban
sectors who are committed to financing the dirty campaign against Chavez.
The money from the US Department of State will be laundered through foreign
businesses. During a dinner conversation at a luxurious restaurant in Zulia
some leaders of Nuevo Tiempo and members of other organizations that
support the separatist candidate had too much to drink; thus allowing the
conspiracy information to leak out.
The separatist group Pro-Patrobersiano, Rumbo Propio, has begun a new
separatist campaign whose slogan is: Autonomy is the way out. This vile,
separatist campaign is being coordinated in Miami and is the next step to
be taken when the governor is given the order to withdraw from the
electoral battle.
The US Department of State dictates the rules for the squalid candidature.
Rule #1 is: play dirty.
This is why they financed Ortegas escape and this is why the Farias are
financing subversive propaganda in the Miami Cuban TV stations. Said
propaganda is based upon proven-Nazi techniques in an effort to reverse the
constitutional order in Venezuela. It is an attack against the
democratically-elected government of the Venezuelan people.
We will once again see Chavez portrayed by the pro-imperialist media as a
dangerous enemy of capitalism and free enterprise. Once again they are
mistaken. We, the people, have awoken and are conscious of the role we must
play to bring about our liberation and the construction of different
Venezuela -- a different world.
The coupster-opposition attempts to conquer the people through fascist
terror and lies fabricated by Jews and north American Cubans.
This revolution must deepen its Bolivarian ethics in order to do battle
against the terrorist machinery that has been set into motion by national
and international media.
We, the people must organize and demand that the rules of the Venezuelan
electoral system be respected, via CNE.
We, the people, must exert social, electoral control.
We must stay alert and watch our maritime and territorial borders.
The fascist, mercenary groups will try to smuggle, through the west border
or the extensive Venezuelan coast, what they cannot introduce through
diplomatic valises. We must establish effective watch-groups on all our
borders, ports, marinas, airports as well as all shipping and courier
companies (whether they be private or commercial, national or
international).
We, Venezuelans, must be totally alert because terrorist actions are being
put in place to sabotage our coming elections.
Only our watchfulness can stop the terrorists that plot against our nation.
The people never forget.

Candidate Rosales firmly allies himself with USA and Colombia

Speaking to foreign correspondents, Venezuelan opposition candidate, Manuel
Rosales admits that he did sign a document on the 12th of April, 2002 when
"Dictator-for-a-Day," Pedro Carmona proclaimed himself President of the
Republic.
Rosales says it was a moment of confusion and he only signed his attendance...
"if I made a mistake, I admit it, but it was in good faith."
The candidate argues that the moment of confusion arose from Chavez
Frias resigning, even though the latter denied it afterwards.
"I was in Zulia at the time as Zulia State Governor and they called me to
Caracas, urgently ... I attended the self-proclamation of Carmona as
President and signed my attendance."
Unlike Chavez, Rosales insists, he did not spend years planning a coup and
killing people.
Rosales says Venezuela is sick and its institutions are under threat, so he
promises to return autonomy to the Judiciary, the Attorney General's Office
and other State bodies.
Rosales has told foreign correspondents that if he is elected, he would
review all oil agreements made by the current President of Venezuela.
The mainstay of the Rosales campaign in foreign policy, the candidate
states, is to seek better relations with Colombia and the United States,
which he says, is Venezuela's main partner.
