With due respect by the look of your name I assume you used to be a
technical engineer, you may have missed out Myanma Thamaing ( Myanma
history) or the Gaba Thaimaing ( world history ).
Your question could be look at from not less than three different
angles.
1. You may have been one of the RIT students of 1988, who dislike the
military rule.
2.You are not convinced the military was telling the truth about why
they have to take over.
3. By putting the question , you may be making a statement of your
own.
Whatever you and your intentions are the answer will be the same. It
will be repeating again and again. Because thing did not change. It
all go back to long before 1988, it all go back to long before 1948 .
It all go back to before 1885. Long , long before 1752.
To answer you directly, frankly and straight forwardly , Myanmar never
was a democratic nation , not even under British from 1824 to 1948.
Myanmar always was rules by absolute monarchs, with the support of
their Tatmadaw. Myanmar was ruled by the British monarch through the
British Governor in Myanmar with the support of its British Tatmadaw.
Do you have any idea. how many Myanmars were killed by the British in
their campaign against Myanmar, using other Myanmars in Myanmar
against Myanmar? In today’s word, “ genocide and ethnic cleansing
”.creating new species in Myanmar as Kabyars. So that they can say it
has got nothing to do with them , that is Myhanmar’s problems,
Myanmars has to stop by themselves., solve by themselves.
If that is the case why are these foreigners not leaving Myanmars
alone? Why siding with one or the other, why aiding them with one
thing or the other , money, weapons promises? Why they let prolong the
conflict of Myanmar?
You want to know why, because that is their interest, because that is
to their benefits., that is in their favour , and most of all because
we Myanmars are stupid idiots, ignorant at least some of us are.
Let me explain a little bit more. Chiefs and Headmen in old feudal
states of Myanmar ruled their little territory with their own little
army , after conquering over other Chiefs and Headmen took their
land and property and made themselves Kings and Queens or absolute
rulers. They fortified themselves and ruled. That was not only in
Myanmar , it was all over the world.
Through out these millenniums, things do not change very much, but
words may be usage may be., tactic may be. Frequently they go back to
the same old tricks and conquered over others.
When we talk about democracy, we refer to Greece , Athenians. Only
Athens was democratic, not all Greece ( Hellas ) you may remember.
The democracy which started in Athens was adopted by other nations in
the world as best political system later. But it was not the same as
in Athens it cut to size and use to suit oneself.
Even Buddhism, Christianity, Islam as world religions have different
sects. Basic may be the same but different style of practice. Let us
leave it as they are, OK? I am only stating the fact that nothing in
the world can be the same.
You and I and others we may have disagreements , we may also ,have
agreements . If there is an agreement, there must be disagreement,
that is normal. We all cannot agree or disagree all the time.
Whatever you agree or not agree with me is always welcome. Nothing is
identical in the world. That is the law of nature.
As long as we agree to disagree, though everything is not going to be
alright, it will be fine . I never expect anyone to agree with me cent
to cent. Everybody is entitles to his/her opinion , they have their
rights, I have my rights same as you. As long as we have mutual
respect , that will do us no harm neither.
You have ask the serious questions. These have been answered as well
to the best of my knowledge. Other peoples have also answered them as
well with reasons with causes for the effects . If you or any other
person can not take them as truthful answers. Then there is nothing
anybody can do to try and try again the same old things, until
somebody drop dead. The same questions will still be there, the same
answer will be , the conflict will still be there.
The Four Noble Truth and Eight Fold Paths which Buddha said will
never be realised by all of us. . What na shame.
SPDC has laid down seven steps road maps SEVEN not eight. This
eighth one is for them to leave the politic for good. They cannot do
it yet under circumstances. These
circumstance made possible for the GREEN to be in this place.
Now you have calm down , now you are more educated, now you are more
mature, now you are seeing more realities. The circumstances of
Myanmar , situation of Myanmar, position of Myanmar and the mentally,
attitude and behaviour of some Myanmars , you understand more and
more. That is where common sense prevail , that is a good sign.
There are two sides in everything . The history (Thamaing) of
Myanmar, the history of the world , we have to look at them to both
sides. And to compare them with what is happening today, with a
little of touch with common sense . There you will see the truth ,
nothing but the truth , regardless of one’s own interpretation.
Whether you accept that openly or quietly, that is up to you.
Nevertheless we have to look into Myanma Thamaing a little bit, which
you may already have known. Let‘s say to refresh our memory about
Myanmar
The conflicts in Myanmar goes long before you or I or anybody in the
forum was born. Long before Ingalate or American or France or
Portuguese any other foreigners got involved. We Myanmars were
fighting as long as Myanmar Thamaing can go, and they never stopped
until today. They will still be fighting tomorrow, or the day after.
And that is the truth.
Myanmar used to live in groups. Each group has it own headman or chief
or its ruler. From travelling to settling men. The Chiefs and Rulers
became Kings after conquering over other groups. Myanmar had too many
rulers.
To make the story short , in 1752 A.D after the fall of AVA ( INNWA)
the whole of Myanmar was ruled by Mon King . Myanmar King was taken by
the Mon to Hanthawaddi Nay Pyi Daw ( Bago) and was killed there by
putting him and his family in water (drowning). Union of
Myanmar(Burma) which was build by former rulers as one nation for all
people in Myanmar was gone.
The family of Russian Czar Nicholas and family were executed by the
Bolsheviks in 1917-18 . He was allowed to exile in any country
whichever accept them. But nobody offered anything, even his own Aunt
Vicky from England , the so called Empress of India did not want him ,
they let him and his family died like dogs. There are lots and lots
of dethrone Kings and Queens in England, including one Myanmar by the
name of San Aung , who claimed to be Myanmar Royal blood and called
himself Shwebo min.
BTW, the word Min in Myanmar means an official, government official
with rank. Min does not necessarily mean King or Bayin .
In 1752 there came in U Aung Zeya . Some called him Aloung Min Taya.
Here Aloung Min meant would be Buddha . That was according to Myanmar
Buddhist tradition, all men prayed to be Buddha , even women wanted to
be Buddha in their next lives.
U Aung Zeya or Konbon dynasty lasted 133 years and he created Union of
Myanmar for all people as one people in one nation. Foreigners got
involved until Myanmar had series of conflicts with the British.
Myanmar was under the British for 125 years. When British gone
Myanmar became an independent nation as Union of Myanmar but with
vipers in its pocket. They are from all races. Inludimng Bamars. T
make it worse, some ethnic groups took Bamars, the majority race as
threat to them and they take Bamars as their enemy . Some ethnic
people even used the word ,“ Bamar Domination” to justify their
actions against Bamars. They translated Democracy and majority rule
as “domination ”..
U Nu and politicians if not Ko Aung San made a very weak constitution
in 1948 .May be under the pressure of the British. Some Kayins from
KNDO tried to dominate Myanmar with their own slogan, agenda and
p;programme in 1948 .If Tatmadw did not come into then middle and took
necessary actions, there would be racial conflict bigger then that we
have seen in Myanmar or even in the world of that time. Politicians
tone downed the matter, or they managed to put Bamars under control.
Bamars as one of the ethnic race in Myanmar did not retaliate, they
put matters in Tatmadaw hands.
U Nu the then democratically elected PM as the head of the Government
was even accused and called Kayin Nu, because he was favouring the
Kayins.
During the reign of care taker government of Gen Ne Win from 1958-60 .
Gen Ne Win tried his best to keep Union of Myanmar intact . Made
agreements, understandings to keep Union of Myanmar as one nation, and
all people as one.
When AFPFL split and again in 1960 after the democratic elections U
Nu was the PM. Again, he called for a meeting to discuss
constitutional matters. He said he has to let Kayin and Kayah go,
separations from the Union. Thus made other states to follow suit.
If so, U Nu could do nothing to stop it. The disintegration of Union
of Myanmar was on edge of the abyss.
In 1962 , Gen Ne Win and Tatmadaw had no choice but took over saving
Union of Myanmar from falling into the abyss. Believe it or not,
accept it or not like it or not. Those are the facts, I am not saying
who was right or who was wrong. Another fact is we have to live
together to survive, we cannot not let only the strong to survive. We
are in one land, live together, die together.
Let’s say we have got rid of SPDC tomorrow, but when will we get rid
of the hatred which is growing inside us. We may be able to hide , we
may be able not to bring it out to the open. But we are still carrying
this hatred with us. It may take decades and even centuries to get
rid of hatred among our own people.
Myanmar’s problems are not started yesterday, it was not started in
1988. 0r even 1948. You must know and accept it.
So by hook or by crook, if we cannot get rid of the hatred then we
have to do something to stop it not to grow bigger. That is the
responsibility of the next generation to come. These generation will
need right guidance.
Too much of foreign influence with too much ideas, , foreign
manipulation, foreign involvement makes all things worse and worse. It
would be not wrong to say foreigners played a big parts in Myanmar‘s
affairs . since in the middle of 18 century. Let’s say from day one
foreigners stepped on Myanmar’s soil, who said they came in peace,
they came to trade. They attacked Myanmar from all sides, including
from the religion front.
If you care tolook into the Myanmar history, Myanmar’s opened door
policy, because Myanmar want to be progressed, it wanted to be
Myanmar welcomed all foreigners from near and far. All religions near
and far . That policy made Myanmar own fall, that policy has given
Myanmar problems and troubles, especially in Konbon era.
With this bitter experiences through out the last two centuries ,
Myanmar became Xenophobic . It is true, Myanmar saying is “ Takhar
Thaybuu - Pyin Bo Narle ” . If you had one death, you know how much
the coffin is cost or the cost of the funeral.
Myanmar is not the only who is Xenophobic, all former colonies. People
Republic of China or even Russia is Xenophobic. You better study
their Thamaing(history ) as well. In the case of PRC or Russia , if
you look into their Thamaings. opium war and Boxer revolution , Crimea
war , Napoleonic war will give you some ideas why they are
Xenophobic. The rest is subject to your own interpretation or
translation, of course.
Those who are proud to be Myanmar , those who takes pride for being
Myanmar being Myanmar, those who take pride in being Myanmar Patriot,
those who wants to build Myanmar fit enough for Myanmars to live in ,
those who had dreams to build Myanmar greater than now, for Myanmar to
be called great people will do anything in their power to make Myanmar
great. To be able to do that political power, economic power and
military power are needed, like it or not.
When it comes to military power, you might not like it. But the fact
is the military power , the military might is to everything to build a
strong nation. To Protect the nation to defend the people. That is
necessity, that is essential. If it is not the fact United States of
America nor United Kingdom nor Russia nor PR China won’t make their
military strong . Even India , Pakistan, and even Israel have to make
its military strong.
If you have modern sophisticated weapon , not to mentioned nuclear
weapon you don’t need too many troops, who are unproductive for the
nation.
“ How could we ever have allowed these greens to rise to power?”
This question has been answered many times, again and again yet some
people did not take it as answers. Myanmar was a democratic nation
which honoured full human rights since 1948.
It is full blown . Myanma military is not hiding behind anything or
under anything , not behind politicians , not under the blanket, nor
under the Sarong (Htamaine) of a woman. In all of its history, in the
faraway past and in the near past , Myanmar was nowhere without its
military.
Like it or not it will still be there, as a necessity as far as we can
see the near future. Military will be behind some politician , behind
some woman or under her skirt, under the carpet or under the blanket,
if you like to see it that way.
But don’t forget every nation needs a strong military force ,
especially Myanmar which lost its nation to other, because Myanmar
military was not allow to be strong by the religious fanatic or weak
politicians.
At lease Myanmar military has to be strong to be RESPECTED by others.
This respect I missing among some so called Myanmars, who are Alodaw
yees.
Whether to thank our leaders or not I am not sure . When the British
gave Myanmar independent , it was an empty bowl or a shell. When
Myanmar was in their hands British oppressed Bamars and other Myanmars
by using some Myanmars who were Alodaw Yees.
Without Myanma Tatmadaw , we would not know where Myanmar be, from
where independence of Myanmar will come. Do we have to thank Adolf
Hitler, Mussolini or Japan for creating WW II , so that all colonies
got their independences respectively. Do you honestly believe that
British gave Myanmar and others independence because they love us so
much?
When British left they left Myanmar with ashes and debris, not to
mentioned they left creating problems and troubles among Myanmars
especially Bamars and other ethnic nationalities in Myanmar.
When Myanmar was a democratic country, some people wanted something
else. They call it Human Rights.
Without any prejudices , any discrimination against anybody which ever
Myanmar national race they belong to. What I would like to say is
human are not animals. Human have to act, behave like human to
deserve human rights. Other wise they could be mistaken as animals.
Myanma Tatmadw which consists of all Myanmar nationalities was in the
middle, none bias, withput any prejudices, protecting and defending
every nationalities in Myanmar saving all Myanmars, from slaughtering
each other, thus saving Union of Myanmar. Have you ever though of
that?
I honestly do not know how old you are it would be rude to ask you .
But if you were born and was at age in 1948 onwards, I would say that
you have never seen a racial that I and some of us have seen in our
live in Myanmar. Consider yourself lucky my young friend.
Today you have a chance to look at the middle east. Kosovo, Georgia
etc. Ask your self, do you want to live in Israel or in Palestine, do
you want to live in Lebanon, Kosovo, Georgia. Rwanda or some parts of
the world where there are racial conflicts.
The racial conflict in Myanmar in Myanmar today is not total gone ,
but I would not say it is negligible either.
What happened next is depends on all of us who are Myanmars. What we
say, what we do what we want . Individual rights with respect to other
people rights as well As I have said above, we human being have to
behave , act like human beings , to deserve total human rights. If
not, Myanmar would be drowning in their own blood, for the pleasure of
others.
The threat of disintegration is still there. Myanmar is under every
threat people from outside from our own Myanmars and others.
The important thing is we have to live together, live together in
harmony In political terms in unity we must be united. We have to
understand ourselves. Our gains and our loss. Individually , it will
be difficult for us to survive . We cannot allow one man’s survival is
another man’s suffering, other miseries.
In the case of Myanmar, since 1948 our leaders have introduced
democracy in Myanmar with multi party system . This democracy is
counter balanced with head of State from majority group of
nationalities. In olden days chosen Kings. Through democracy . People
elected Kings. Who are not constitutional monarchs. Sai Shwe Theik
(Shan) U Ba Oo ( Bamar) Mhan Wing Maung ( Kayin ) as Kings of Union
Myanmar. Some people wanted more than that, they want more share than
what they deserve. The want their own ways, which is back to the
past , feudal system instead democracy or multi party system.
After along history , can you imagine what Myanmart would be? Back in
1752 or before that. We have passed that period with honours, and yet
some people like to go back , What is the meaning of all these? I am
not going to tell you, you think about it.
During the years between 1824 and 1885 or there after when British
took Burma (Myanmar ) and in 1948 when they gave Myanmar back to its
people , the area of Myanmar more or less of 261, 789 square miles,
with all people in it, with all religions in it with all way of live
in it with all culture and customs etc. in it. Youngshe Sawbwa Sai
Shwe Theik (Shan) as the first head of state.
Freedom , liberty, what kind of freedom and liberty are you talking
about RIT? What kind of freedom liberty are you seeking? Let me know
will you? But don’t be over impressed by words only.
We have to understand “ Freedom and liberty ” thoroughly., what does
it means? Not only theory but practically what do you mean by
freedom ? What do you mean by liberty? You answer me that to your
best . Have you ever been to so called free country What is freedom
and what is liberty in those countries , have you ever study them
freely?
What is the difference the freedom and the civilization?
Freedom does not mean, please excuse my language, that you can go
round naked without any control. Freedom does not mean you can fuck
your own sister, or you can fucked your own mother. Freedom does not
mean, you can fuck your own people, or you can fuck your own country.
Freedom, politically means, you are free from outside influence, free
from somebody who is dictating you, who is manipulating you, who is
bullying you , who is threatening you who is intimidating you.
If we are looking for freedom. We have to be free from all these from
our own people or from outsiders. There are laws, rules, regulations
and procedures, domestically or internationally. These laws are
supposed to protect our freedom.
If we all, yes ALL of us, all the human being in the world abide by
these laws, uphold these laws, that will guarantee our freedom and
thet will be assurances for our human rights.
When we learned the world history we will find Military is the basis
of all nation. With this military all countries were build. The
mightier the military, the greater the nation is. It is not a
justification for Myanmr military being there in Myanmar in politic.
But when you asked the question , “ HOW COULD WE EVER HAVE ALLOWED
THESE GREENS TO RISE TO POWER? WHO CAN CONTROL THESE EVILS, IN
FUTURE?
Another way to answer you is ,because of uncompromising position of
the opposition. Because of racial view and racist from some ethnic
minority. Because of undecided or weak politicians.
“ The evils ” in which way you are looking at them to see them as
evils, you will only know. For some people these Greens are the
guardian angels. It is nthe fact that the Green led Myanmar and its
people , the Green liberated Myanmar for all Myanmar.
Every inch of Myanmar soil, every dust of Myanmar soil belongs to all
Myanmars in Myanmar . They don’t belong to any individual person or
any individual group or any individual tribe .
My dear RIT , many times I referred to United States of America. The
making of U.S.A. because there are many things for us to learn, good
and bad success and failures. U.S.A as good example. The leaders of
U.S.A made not only many different people of Sioux Nation into one
people in one country, but also brought different people from all over
the world , from 12 corners of the earth , different tribes, different
races, different nationalities to the land and made them one people
in one country.
Why can’t demo-campers look at U.S.A in that positive sides.
According to Buddha’s cause and effect . according to Newton ,
actions and its equal and opposition reactions. We can take what we
want. Philosophically or scientifically . Nobody can say they are
wrong. It is for all man kind .
We are evils to our selves, we are demons to ourselves, because we
are possessed by the good and bad . We can be anything, whatever we
chose to be. There are positive and negative side in us. We are
ourselves in conflicts inside us.
Let me put it this way. No matter how much undesirable it would be ,
some times it is necessary to be cruel to be kind. There are many
instances and examples. Amputation is to save a life. Two Atom bombs
on Japan was to save more lives. They did not chose Germany to drop A
bomb, because nations were so close to one another. Japan is isolate
separated in the oceans. Whether it was race discrimination against
Japanese or not don’t ask me. ,
Military rule were necessary. Short term military rule, long term
military rule. Myanmar is not the only country in the world. In the
past we have seen them. The future we don’t know. Because we thought
we have seen the military ake over in our neighbouring was over for
good. Yet we have seen it with our own eyes. it is still not over yet
It all depends on us, it all depends on politicians , what we say,
what we do, how we behave and what our attitudes are, to allow or not
to allow the GREEN to rise to power.
If we want to control them we have to control ourselves first.
Saying anything to justifying your action is not right. The right is
right and the wrong is wrong. We decide what is right and what is
wrong, with our common sense. Nobody can tell us what is wrong and
what is right. If we have no common sense we are not worth to be
called human being, we are no better than animals.
“ Political maturity ” very good rit, nice one as well as a right
one. I have used “ “awareness” in my past messages, political
awareness, economical awareness and social awareness. Awareness is to
anything and everything . That is the survival.
“ Commonwealth ” in different words, EU is the commonwealth of
European nations. They will not allow Myanmar to join them. British
commonwealth is another former colonies, including Singapore (?) where
Britain is the big boss. British Queen is the head of the group.
ASEAN is another commonwealth , for ASEAN nations. Commonwealth of
Independence States most of them are former U.S.S R. nations
You can see somebody is always trying to try and destroy or break up
those commonwealth using their economic might, military might because
they cannot persuade them with their political means and ways.
There you will find why it is necessary to have a strong military .
While you are making your economy strong, and military strong to
support your political system. To honour full human rights to your
people other are trying to destroy you .
If only the people are strong enough to withstand the un necessary
pressures from out side . That strength is stronger than the military
might .If there is military might it would only be more stronger with
the support of the people behind it.
RIT, when you go into a shoe shop to buy a pair of shoe for your
self , I am sure you will buy the one which fits you, which will be
comfortable for you, after trying some pair or two. The style and the
colour of your choice will come later. The first, the very first is
fitting, no matter what style and colour you want if the shoe size
does not fit you, then you will be uncomfortable including blisters.
That pair of shoes will never fit you my friend I know for sure you
will not buy the one which does not fit you. You are not that
senseless person. That is just one example, I hope you will
understand.
I have said it many times, how to get rid of the military rule in
Myanmar.
1962 When you study the period during democracy multi party rule or
during BSPP RC rule or BSPP one party rule carefully, you will find
positive as well as negative points.
Many times I wonder and ask the people in the forum, or in the demo
camps , do they really what they are talking about. Do they really
know the history of Myanmar? Do they really know the meaning of
democracy , do they really know the human rights? Do they really know
what autonomy is , what self determinations is?
Myanmar is building a nation. We have passed the era, living in our
little villages with feudal system , not federal , I am afraid. Many
people mix up these two, feudal and federal system. Do they know what
is what?
Have they studied the history of the world?
Above I have mentioned the necessity of the awareness. If we all have
these awareness that is the beginning of the political maturity RIT,
that is a good sign, believe me.
We are Myanmars, we must not forget that.
Today in according to the new constitution. Tatmadaw through its
delegates is in all the Hluttaws. To check and balance the
government. They are Hluttaws members but not in the government or
the cabinet. they may be shadows, as I understand it.
The Green are there because it is necessary and it is a necessity. We
Myanmar are the ones, at least some of us are given them chance and
opportunity to be there. If we did not give them a chance or any
opportunity they have no chance or opportunity to be there.
If a civilian government without the backing of the Tatmadaw. If there
was a weak civilian government or if there was a government which
creates or which tries to disintegrate the Union , Tatmadaw will
look into it. In the interest of Union of Myanmar in the interest of
the people of Myanmar.
The GREEN to be there or not is up to us Myanmars. We have to control
ourselves first to control them.
Nobody should take face value, they should look deep, down., under the
blanket, under the skin. When they do that they will see “ Myet Nhar
Thana Khar - Poung Mhar Thay See Gyoung ”. This “ Thay See Gyoung ” is
stink, can give you problems.
Today again we are seeing Georgia, Abkhazia, Osettsia conflict.
Foreign / outside involvements . I don’t know when will US and Russia
get up and kill each other. In the mean time Georgian, Abkhazian and
Ossettsians are killing each other . Within the period of five days
2000 died. Over the period from 1992 how many were killed , I have no
list, no idea.
I remember Georgia parliament was stormed by the present Saakashvilla
men who is a US puppets men . Edward Sheverdnadze was dragged away
from the Georgian parliament. That was the democracy supported by the
West.
Here my point is Georgia, to make choice either US or Russia . North
and South Osettsia and Abkhazia wants to break away from Georgia. So
Saakashvilla attacked Russian dominated South Georgia. Russia came in
defence of the Russian in South., The west blame the Russian . You
can compare Myanmar SPDC which came I n to save Union of Myanmar.
Georgia is a very small country, Myanmar is a very small country. Can
we afford Myanmar to be the battle ground? Before big powers kill
each other , we Myanmar have to kill each other. The big powers will
be sitting comfortable and laughing whilc Myanmar families moaning,
burying the death. Wee hav done it before, we are doing it today.
Let common sense prevail .
Right to break away, wrong to break away . Look at those words the
politician from both side are using , those who backs them are using.
Are these words not familiar to your ears?
As I have said that you may be one of the RIT students who confronted
the police and military with your own cause, in 1988. Now you know who
gets all the credits and who is taking the credit, where are you
RIT.

Dear mogyothwar, In fact, you missed my points and did not really get
my message, particularly evils I mentioned were evil breakawayers
rebellion groups as well as evil greens. You took it extremely with
your pre-occupied mindset. Barking up the wrong tree this time, may I
say. For you, greens pre-occupation under the skull to liberate in
time in order to avoid selfmaking something horrible I reckon, it was
obvious. Look dubya the way he killed innocents in the name of
freedom, making himself demoralized – evil in the making of his own or
self making! Who really missed it, let people decide, here!
Don’t forget that there are several histories in many various
versions, like history by mogyothwar that seems to be crispy somewhat,
some may be true and some don’t for sure. In fact, I do prefer
original rather than crispy, brittle bits and pieces. Nonetheless, it
wasn’t necessary to quote a lot more history background in my reply to
you at earlier time! Why did you miss to hear history from me a lot,

fully aware of why mr.green was and has been there for so long and it
will be many more if these socalled opposition still keep digging
their own grave, keeping and hoping handouts, playing politics rather

ever have allowed those greens to rise to power’, one out of
55millions has already been enlightened somewhat I believe. Please

1) do you view of your military Govenrment wants to know all about the
affairs even to the families of in-laws of the applicant of Government
jobs ?
2) Why the religion of its citizens are very important to them in every
aspects of their lives ?
3) What are your conscience in particular systematic, methodically
discrimination and punisment meted out to fellow citizens because of
their faith and race ?

the world which has security awareness wants to know how many hairs in

They sent their military away to other countries because they are
afraid this military will turn on them one day.
Military or soldiers of those countries only obey orders. like in any
other country, whether these orders are JUST or not, no question has
to ask.
