ANOTHER POSSIBLE PROGRESS IN US - MYANMAR RELATION ?

This message of mine is based on two reports in the Irrawaddy
magazine. Noble Prize for Obama and the news about a so called US
citizen by the n ame of Kyaw Zaw Lwin ( Nyi Nyi Aung) who is under
arrest to face charges in Union of Myanmar. You must have read
them.
These news do not say very much. As usual, they are bias reports,
they said what they wanted to say, highlight what they wanted to
highlight and focused on what they wanted to focus.
As usual I come with my own comments, my views on them, because it is
difficult for me to make my comments in the Irrawaddy on line. It is
subject to censorship. I feel that I have no Freedom to make my
comment in the Irrawaddy.
I honestly think it will be fair that all Americans should concerned
for the health of every American citizens as well as all people around
the world and the health of all Myanmars in Union of Myanmar.
That is, if they think Myanmars are human beings or of one of the
human species. They should not be concern too much for their own fake
citizen Kyaw Zaw Lwin, (the Thar Yar Zarr - Nyi Nyi Aung) the traitor
to Myanmar, the axe handle .
When US and EU impose economic sanctions on Myanmar there is not much
SPDC or any other government in its place could do for the health of
Myanmars, because of economic sanctions impose on her.
The very objective of economic sanction is just meant for that, to put
SPDC in the straight jacket, so that it can do nothing much on any
necessities for its own citizens or for the visitors. And then from
the other side, the cronies of the west blame SPDC for doing nothing,
for it’s own people health and other things.
Everybody in Myanmar, or those who visits Myanmar . Law abiding or law
breakers will have the same best treatment that Myanmar can provide,
under circumstances.
Everybody will be treated equally, under the laws, nobody is
special.
Why should Myanmar (SPDC) give US citizen or UK citizens special
treatments, why?
Is it because US and US consider only their citizens are human beings
and Myanmars are not?
The economic sanctions is nothing but to put the value or worthiness
of other human being down, to lower the human standard of all
Myanmars. .
It could also be called a racist policy, because US Sen. James Webb,
urged the regime to grant that fake US citizen the law breaker Kyaw
Zaw Lwin (Nyi Nyi Aung) all rights guaranteed under international law.
What does international law say for other Myanmars?
If only Mr. Webb had urge his own government of Obama to treat all
supposed to be law breakers who are in US military prisons around the
world be treated all rights guaranteed under international law, I
would be glad and like to propose and vote for Mr Web to be the next
President of United States of America.
Kyaw Zaw Lwin( Nyi Nyi Aung) is said to be a US citizen. Are the
citizens of US law breakers? We are watching US through TV, news
papers and magazines, we are seeing everything happening in US
everyday, every minute of the day. The everyday life of the US. It
seems like US is a kind of lawless country as it was in 300 years ago.
Nothing has changed in that sense.
In United States, the guns rules. US constitution allowed everybody to
hold guns. It may be the citizens right . But in reality everybody has
to protect and defend themselves. US Government cannot can not
guarantees of its citizens.
Besides wherever US goes, it never goes without the gun. With this gun
it carries and rule over other. They don’t feel safe without the gun.
They have no confidence in themselves and they trust no one. They
know , nobody like them or trust them. US is nervous , its own guilty
conscience. US thinks and believe somebody is always trying to do some
harm to them. US is living in fear.
For this serving US President Barek Obama, shamelessly accepted,
which was shamelessly awarded to him, said on his Noble Peace Prize
acceptance day saying,
“ non-violent movement could not have halted Hitler's armies.
Negotiations cannot convince al Qaeda's leaders to lay down their
arms.”
What is SPDC doing to convince, the terrorists and insurgents in
Myanmar to lay down their arms. Even to hold their arms and be border
guard, they are refusing . What would Obama suggest SPDC to do, I
would very much like to know.
In 1939 , Norway was the first nation Adolf Hitler occupied without a
shot been fired. So Obama felt he was right to mention Hitler’s name
on this occasion.
In his speech there Obama did not say nothing much, nothing new but ,
“ Sar Oate Kyee Ataing Yutt ”. For me he was reading the catch words
and catch phrases from the same books, which his predecessors have
read time and time again before.
By saying this, Obama justify not only himself for sending more troops
to continue the wars, but also he defended and protected the war
mongers before him. Alter all, black or white, brown or pink, an
American is an American. That is Obama who shamelessly shouted “
Change is coming to America ” during his campaign.
Yes Change has came to America, not to the world.
Obama after just one year is living on a borrowing time. He is
fighting for his own survival. It is obvious that Obama cannot go
against the other warmongers in the US.
In other words, Obama is under the very tight control of US military
Generals , under their great influence. Obama is not the Commander in
Chief of US military but he is obviously a puppet of US
military.
Is it why, Noble Commission awarded him Noble Peace Prize, to tell him
if Obama wants to resists the pressures of US military, they are
behind him? I don’t think it will help him in any way. I have never
heard of the Prize been withdrawn or handed back.
But heard of some who did not accept because they thought they don’t
deserve it.
Everybody is asking, the same question of what has Obama done to
deserve this great Noble Peace Prize.
Some even believe that Noble Peace Prize commission is thoroughly
corrupted. Who corrupted it ? Who raped Alfred Noble in this way?
Myanmar government (SPDC) could not touch Kyaw Zaw Lwin if he has not
break any law of the land. SPDC is not that stupid to do stupid
things.
When did and where did Kyaw Zaw Lwin apply for his visa to visit
Myanmar Was his that visa application all in order, all correct as he
stated, no false entries ? What reasons he gave to visit Myanmar?
US based Freedom Now said, “ He is also accused of failing to declare
currency at customs, although he was arrested before entering
customs”
Another one to be deported to better US - Myanmar relation or worsen
it . Whose ide is that?
As soon as travellers including Myanmar’s own citizens or the foreign
visitors enters Myanmar’s, air, land and sea territories , they are
subject to Myanmar laws, rules, regulations and procedures,
regardless of what nationality, what citizen they may be.
Freedom Now said, “Initially accused of national security violations,
he is now accused of using a forged Burmese national identity card,
despite being the holder of an American passport. He is also accused
of failing to declare currency at customs, although he was arrested
before entering customs ”
‘Freedom Now ’ must know, that is the requirement by the law of the
land(Myanmar ). In this case that, Nyi Nyi Aung had to fill in the
form which was given to him by the airline hosts, correctly, before
the plane landed, he had to fill the declaration form on the plane and
hand it to the authorities together with other travelling documents at
the passport control. The completed form to be handed to the custom
and immigration authorities in the airport building.
I trust, very much , everybody those who wants to see, Myanmar under
the rule of laws will agree and accept this. Without any reservation.
