Let me tell the truth: the Goldman child was never abducted or
kidnaped form US. His mother was Brazilian and, after getting a
divorce from her American husband, went back to Brazil and took her
child (and married again). It's normal. At least in Brazil, when a
divorce happens, the mother has the right to take her child with her.
However, the mother died and the American father decided to take his
son back to US. There was a judicial dispute and the Brazilian court
decided that the American father had the right to take his son back to
US.
Anyway, the child didn't want to go. The child wanted to stay in
Brazil with his sister, step father and grandmother. But the child was
forced to go back to US. In my opinion, when a child is forced to go
somewhere, it's closer to an abduction/kidnaping than what his mother
did before.

Com certeza que esse cara eh um idiota e tambem com certeza existe um
monte de coisas que podemos falar contra os americanos assim como eles
rtambem tem um monte de merdas para falar sobre nos brasileiros.
Porem, no caso do Goldman a coisa foi mesmo uma vergonha porque a
mulher falou para o marido que ia para o Brasil deferias e depois
ligou dizendo que nao voltava mais e que o menino ia ficar por aqui
mesmo. Nao tem outra palavra para isso que nao seja rapto.
Nos temos uma amiga brasileira que eh casada om um Iraniano e o cara
eh mesmo gente boa mas ela nunca permitiu que ele levasse a filha para
visitar os avos no Iran nem mesmo se ela for junto porque morre de
medo desses raptos de criancas que acontecem quandos o Pai eh um
Arabe. A maioria dos paises nesta regiao fo Oriente Medio tem esse
tipo de problema (voce provavelmente ja ouviu falar de um caso ou
dois) porque as leis deles tao toda cobertura ao Pai e desprezam o
poder da Mae sobre as criancas.
No Brasil temos leis severas quanto a isso mas infelizmete no caso do
Goldman a familia do segundo marido da mae do menino eh da familia
Lins e Silva que sao uns porcos com muito poder de compra de juizes.
Isso foi o que aconteceu. Chegou ao ponto que a velha safada da avo (a
mae da mae do menino) vir aos jornais dizer que a tradicao no Brasil
eh que as criancas fiquem com os avos em caso de falecimento da Mae
(so se for a Mae dela).
Bem, era so isso que eu queria acrescentar.
