Swine flu vaccination in the Baltic countries?

I'm presently listening to a program about the spread of swine flu in
Finland. It claims that Finland has a well organized program which has
ensured that virtually the entire population can and will be vaccinated
againt swine flu, while Estonia seems not to have taken the pamdemic
seriously and thus has neither sufficient vaccine nor a nation-wide
program to protect its population.

So I have three questions:
1. To what extent does the brief characterization of the situation in
Estonia reflect current reality?
2. To what extent has this become politicized? An article in today's
*Eesti P�evaleht* (http://www.epl.ee/artikkel/483052) gives the impression
that the Estonian Ministry of Social Affairs is concerned, but not overly
so.
3. What is the situation with regard to acquiring the vaccine and
immunizing the population in Latvia and Lithuania?

One death is recorded in secondary school. No money for mass
vaccination.

mr. holman, in canada the vaccination program has actually become
controversial. many people believe that the government has put other
(sinister) ingredients into the dose, and are subsequently refusing to be
vaccinated.

i myself do plan on getting the vaccination within the next few weeks.
