Newsru.com (http://www.newsru.com/russia/15nov2007/iskanderb.html in
Russian language) describes epic proportions of documented mass-
robbing and kidnapping of people in Chechen capital Grozny by the
Russian Army. According to the piece at one such occasion several
blocks of the city, including market place, surrounded by a mass of
army units, armored vehicles, tanks and buldosers. Food products,
alcoholic beverages and small mechandise are swept by the troops,
loaded into army armored vechicles and troop trucks, troops firing
into the air and threatening to execute male market security personnel
on the spot unless food and driks are handed over. Males taken away
for ransom. Loot from an average market stand is just about 22
thousand roubles (some 700 dollars). Chechen Russia-loyal militias
(local police) who attempted to intervene taken away, two of them
later found executed.

European Court of Human Rights is expected to soon have a ruling on
the complant of the dead law enforcers relatives, yet another of
thousands Chechen cases waiting in line.

Good, robbers and murderers must be caught and punished. Victims are to
be reimbursed.
Still Strasbourg isn't Nuremberg where coalition of genocide is heading.

I loved how Rumsfield recently fled France after learning that a local
judge is regarding a request for his arrest.

This link is about missile defense not Chechnya it seems. Did you post
this link by mistake? Can you post the actual one, if so?
