Revolution.
To Venezuelan foreign minister any kind of terrorism is acceptable and
must be supported if the violent actions are directed against what in
his madness represents a western non socialist-communist system. This
includes Kadafy terrorism, ETA terrorism, Hussein terrorism, etc.
Venezuela Bolivariana Government is so, strongly anti-Semite and pro
Arafat, Hussein, Kadafy, etc.
In America Venezuelan Gov is in closed strategical and military
relationship, with Colombian and Peru Drug-Guerrilla. The Venezuelan
rulers including the Asamblea Nacional totally under the control of
President take any kind of evident actions against Colombia to try to
stop Plan Colombia.
The foreign minister never has said anything in his previous life nor
in his present responsability, against pollution created by massive oil
spills because of drug-guerrilla terrorism against oil pipes. Now
strongly claims because pollution that amapola and coca eradication can
produce. It seems he is partial in favor of drug business.
More examples: The very unfriendly actions taken by Venezuela against
USA Navy ships working in anti-drug activities, the protection given to
planes transporting drugs not allowing DEA and Interpol activities in
Venezuela. Etc.
Venezuelan Minister and Gov blame the French justice of kidnapping
Carlos “El Chacal”, they use all communication means to say France is
violating the human rights of the criminal and because of his
kidnapping France must free the criminal. The opposite is the attitude
of Venezuelan Gov in the numerous cases of Venezuelan land owners,
business men, and young students kidnapped by the Colombian drug-
guerrilla; in this crime case the Venezuelan Gov and Foreign Minister
do nothing to protect Venezuelan victims, do nothing to criticize the
drug-guerrilla, they act as if very pleased with the guerrilla
terrorism.
President Chavez wrote the letter below to Carlos El Chacal. In that
letter, explicitly or using images to communicate, Chavez identifies
very closely with criminal advise from Lenin, conspiracy, the Bolivar’s
Death War genocide, the social classes war promoting, the terrorism as
method to get and control the power.
He promises Chacal to work on Chacal escape from French justice;
activity now on course with the visit to France in closed relation with
Kadafy and Hussein terrorist agents.
The letter ends “with deep faith on the same objectives and goals
[those of Carlos and his big bosses, terrorism and crimes, and Chavez
goals of becoming the Caribbean Hitler and the inherited of Fidel
Castro]
A continuacion una carta que dirigio Hugo Chavez (presidente
dictatorial de Venezuela) a Ilich Ramirez Sanchez, alias Carlos, alias
El Chacal, famoso y tenebroso terrorista venezolano, quien esta pagando
condena de cadena perpetua en Francia.

Presente Distinguido compatriota:
Nadando en las profundidades de su carta solidaria pude auscultar un
poco los pensamientos y los sentimientos, es que todo tiene su tiempo:
de amontonar las piedras, o de lanzarlas... de dar calor a la
revolucion o de ignorarla; de avanzar dialecticamente uniendo lo que
deba unirse entre las clases en pugna o propiciando el enfrentamiento
entre las mismas, segun la tesis de Ivan Ilich Ulianov.
Tiempo de poder luchar por ideales y tiempo de no poder sino valorar la
propia lucha... Tiempo de oportunidad, del fino olfato y del instinto
al acecho para alcanzar el momento sicologico propicio en que Ariadna,
investida de leyes, teja el hilo que permita salir del laberinto...
El Libertador Simon Bolivar, cuyas teoria y praxis informan la
doctrina que fundamenta nuestra revolucion, en esfingica invocacion a
Dios dejo caer esta frase preludial de su desaparicion fisica: Como
podre salir yo de este laberinto...! La frase, de contenido tacito y
recogida por su medico de cabecera, el frances Alejandro Prospero
Reverend en sus Memorias, es llama profunda de iluminacion del camino
que seguimos.
Otro frances, Alejandro Dumas, finaliza su obra 'El Conde de
Montecristo' con esta frase de Jesus: La vida de los hombres esta
cifrada en dos palabras: Confiar y Esperar, induciendo a pensar que al
final de la batalla aparecera algun Supremo Alguien que, investido de
sabiduria como el Abate Faria inspiro el camino de salida, envuelto en
nuevas sintesis revolucionarias en aproximacion al Dios que cada uno
lleva en su corazon.
Digamos con Bolivar que el tiempo hara prodigios solo en cuanto
mantengamos rectitud de espiritu y en cuanto observemos esas relaciones
necesarias que se derivan de la naturaleza de las cosas. La humanidad
es una sola y no hay magnitud espacio-tiempo que detenga el pensamiento
del heroe caraqueno.
Digamos con el: Yo siento que la energia de mi alma se eleva, se
ensancha y se iguala siempre a la magnitud de los peligros. Mi medico
me ha dicho que mi alma necesita alimentarse de peligros para conservar
mi juicio, de manera que al crearme Dios permitio esta tempestuosa
revolucion, para que yo pudiera vivir ocupado en mi destino especial.
Con profunda fe en la causa y en la mision, por ahora y para siempre!
