Kenneth Seay still claims the U.S. is guilty of Terroristic activities
and taking up for those responsible.
We know the State of Virginia and the US is guilt of beatings and
mutilation as they did to Kenneth more than once. Some of the Criminals
live in VA and some are visiting.
They take out Eyes, Ribcages, Torsos for low-class evil indiidual and
even Video Tape their mutilations to watch.
Kenneth says the US should practice what they Preach.
