Have you ever heard a liberal argue for tougher prison sentences? No, of
course not. Ever heard a conservative make that argument? Yes, all the
time.

Here is a perfect example of some sick bastard who repeatedly victimizes
children. Yet, he is always released to attack again.

This sick bastard is a white guy who butt-raped a 3 year-old black boy.
What a sick bastard. Now that little boy is going to grow up to be a
monster; not that he wouldn't have grown up to be a monster anyway. But
now he is a monster with a big chip on his shoulder.

Man Arrested, Charged in Rape of 3-Year-Old

The arrest and prosecution of a repeat sex offender in St. Paul has
the alleged victim's family asking why the accused isn't behind bars for
his earlier crimes.

Thirty-seven-year old Van Alvin Norton is a level-three sex offender,
the type considered most likely to re-offend. He's charged with sexually
assaulting a three year old.

The following is based on the KARE 11 TV story reported by Amy
Hockert. Please note: the contents of the following are graphic. The name
of the alleged victim and his family members have been suppressed to
protect their privacy.

The boy's grandmother says the incident has left emotional scars on
the child.

"It is a horrifying incident," the boy's grandmother said. "Once it
gets dark, he doesn't want to come outside. He doesn't want to be around
anybody, he don't trust nobody and he's just three years old."

Police say Norton has a history of fondling and exposing himself to
children — and he committed his worst crime yet on May 15. Officers
believe he raped the child.

The child was playing in a St. Paul park and disappeared briefly.
When he was found he was crying and holding two dollars. The boy said a
man "hurt him" then gave him the money.

A copy of the charges obtained by KARE 11 shows investigators found
evidence of a rape and crime lab tests identified DNA believed to be
Norton's.

"Why? Why can't he spend 60, a lifetime in jail, he keeps hurting
little kids?" the victim's grandmother asks.

Law enforcement says there is little they can do.

"I'm not sure there's anything anyone could've done to avoid this
situation," says Ramsey County Attorney Susan Gaertner. "He served his
time, he was registered as he was supposed to be, he was reporting to his
probation officer as he was supposed to."

Gaertner says Norton would not have been breaking the law if was
near, or even in, that park —even though he was on probation for a sex
crime.

"Fortunately, as I say, the laws have gotten increasingly more
punitive and we have laws that target repeat sex offenders and we
sometimes can get them put away for life," Gaertner says.

Norton is charged with kidnapping and criminal sexual conduct-- and
if convicted, he's expected to spend a minimum of 12 years in prison.
However, if prosecutors decide they aren't satisfied with Norton's
sentence, they do have the option of asking the state to commit him to a
security hospital indefinitely under the state's sexual predator law.

"I want to see justice, justice well done, not just a couple years
and let him out, then he'll do something else to another child. I want to
see him spend life in jail," the victim's grandmother says.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Morons like Karl are to blame for this. Oh no, we can't punish someone
harshly--these criminals should be executed. We have to understand their
culture and the circumstances that made them commit the crime. Well, if
the butt-rapist was black, white racism would be to blame. I guess since
he's white, it's just all his fault.

Who's yer daddy, boy?!

personall over the woman, that defeated Serena, not too long ago.
The Queen of tennis had to come forward and take back what was hers in the

Imagine those enormous, buffalo thighs locked around your little burrhead!

Maybe you and Karl can post your 3-way fantasies, unless you're so racist
you wouldn't share a Williams sistah wif a White man.

You really get stuck on idiotic opinions for which you have no factual
basis. This is actually kind of fun to watch.

Of course time affects everyone. Like, duh. In the end we all die.
This is how profound your opinion is. The Duh Theory of Tennis, by

There is no evidence that Serena's tennis ability is declining. She is
number one in the world, and is likely to remain number one. She is
not even 22 years old!

Andre Agassi tanked, but he was still seeded number one at age 33. I
think Serena has some time left.

Oh give it up VOR! At this point everyone knows that you are racist.
The only thing that you've ever had to hold over the Williams sisters
