When you’re getting ready for your big day (or someone you love is
getting ready for their big day), life gets a little hectic. You have
a list of things to do that starts out a mile long and certainly
doesn’t get any shorter as the days wear on and the date gets closer.
What should the wedding colors be? Who will be the Maid/Matron of
Honor? What dress? What type of cake should we have? How should it be
frosted? How should the cake be decorated? One tier or two? What
flowers can we choose? Are they season? Will they match the cake and
the colors? And truly, it is the little things that make a wedding a
special event and a special memory. One thing you just can’t afford to
scrimp on is the cake. Your entire family, your friends and dozens of
people you don’t know that your parents added to the list at the last
minute will walk through the door, hand you a gift and go straight for
the goodies on the refreshment table
