claims that marijuana grown in Canada is EXCHANGED in the States for
CRACK!+Crystal Meth
which are then, brought back into Canada.
WouldN'T this be TOO! COMPLICATED do?
SURE!
Does it ring true?

thing: CRACK+Crystal Meth are coming in from OUTSIDE TORONTO.
Given that Seaton House (run by Toronto COPS) is PERHAPS! the

BASE in North America run by the Hells Angels in collaboration with
the CIA [in the opinion
of the É(eh)PC], Fantino's STATEMENT does NOT! RING TRUE, but PERHAPS!
