why no DefaultMappingRegistry?

I was wondering why no DefaultMappingRegistry is generated with the
following call:

/usr/local/lib/ruby/gems/1.8/gems/soap4r-1.5.8/bin/wsdl2ruby.rb --wsdl
http://www.xignite.com/xFutures.asmx?WSDL --type client --force

which generates:
