I used to be able to download my data to Excel, but now nothing
happens. Is it because there's too much data? How can I make it work
again?

I found that this works:
instead of typing http://snipr.com/site/allsnips

I use: http://snurl.com/site/allsnips
It works for me, perhaps it does for you too.
